GoogleHaving recently completed a sale with Lawlers in Hazel Grove, I was really impressed with the entire team. Alan and Kathrine were our main points of contact and were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were professional, reliable and showed compassion throughout a very emotional sale. Nothing was too much trouble and I knew I could just pick up the phone and speak to them whenever I needed to or email and know that I would get a response the same day. I was constantly kept updated by our dedicated home move manager, Kathrine, throughout the whole process. I was constantly impressed that every time I called, the team knew who I was and what property it was regarding. It is clear that communication is key with Lawlers. As a vendor, this was a personal service, that you can only get from an independent estate agent. Alan, Kathrine and the rest of the the Hazel Grove Team made me feel like a valued customer and would highly recommend.

GoogleWe had a good experience purchasing our first home through Lawler & Co Hazel Grove. Clare was a great help from our first viewing right up to completion day, she kept us up to day throughout the process and made it smooth sailing for our first purchase. Lawler &Co are a welcoming estate agents, who from the first call when requesting a viewing don't straight away push other services onto you, which we experienced alot on our home buying journey when ringing other EAs. They did help along the way with recommendations for surveyors/solicitors who are all local if we wanted them, but we're never pushy. I would recommend to others, and if we do decide to move on Lawler & Co will be the route we take. Thanks again to Clare and the team.

GoogleI don’t even know where to start with how fantastic our experience has been with Lawler. Everyone was polite and helpful, always being happy to give advice on the process for us, as we are first time buyers. Kathrine was dealing with the purchase of our property and she has been the most incredible help throughout the sale, we genuinely would not of been able to get through this without her. If you’re looking for 5 star services, then Lawler’s is the best of the best.

GoogleWe chose Lawlers Estate Agents and were so glad we did. Alan was our first contact. He is a lovely man and very professional. He advised us, took the photos/video and got our house on the market. Within 4 days we had had two days of block viewings done by Claire and Nathan and 3 offers! Amazing. We accepted an offer and then Katherine took over. Katherine was extremely helpful and guided us through the next stage. Unfortunately due to personal issues we had to cancel the sale. Katherine was very kind and understanding. When we are ready to sell, possibly within the next 6 months we would definitely go back to Lawlers. GoogleHad a wonderful experience with this Estate agents in buying a property I first saw on day one. We were shown around the property(Aimee) with no pressure and given wonderful advice. Arranged a second viewing(Natalie) with a day/time of our choice. Who said buying a house was stressful? Not with this estate agents. All the way through the purchase they were nothing but helpful.(Natalie) They even suggest a conveyancer who was brilliant also. Smooth from start to finish. Geoff and Kath Prunty.

Our experience with the assistant manager, Clare, was second to none and nothing was too much trouble for her at ALL times. Alan is a professional agent & a genuinely good guy. He was very thorough, knowledgeable & put me at ease. He organised multiple viewings of the property, ensuring we were able to make the right decision. Also a bit thank you to Kathrine for ensuring our final completion process was stress-free.

GoogleWhat a fantastic journey we have had with Lawlers. From the minute we met Lee Lawlor we trusted him and to use his words “it only takes 1 buyer”. The brochure and quality of photography were excellent and all put together in a matter of days. Within 24 hours of posting on Rightmove, a viewing booked, the viewers offered, we accepted and off we go. Over then to Sophie the sales progressor, who kept us totally updated and without Sophie’s tenacity and drive to get us to exchange contracts I genuinely do not think we would have made it. Lawlers are an exceptional company, they know their industry, they get to know you as the customer, they care about you and they deliver an exceptional professional service.
