Lawlers provide an exeptional service, I could not recommend them highly enough. They are professional, friendly and extremely competant. We had our house on an off the market for a couple of years but could not find anything that was right. After a house came on that we really loved we put our house back on the market on a chance it may sell.. Lawlers worked tirelessly to acheive a quick sale on ours and we were able to secure the house we really wanted. All of the team worked so hard to complete the chain for us and really genuinely cared about us. Thanks to all, but especially Kirsty and Angela who were so patient with my incessant emails and phone calls!! We love our new home thank you all so much. I went with Lawlers as they also sold my mums property at he start of 2025 and again worked tirelessly to ensure the long chain stayed in tact and the sale completed. Huge thanks Claire, Ellie, Angela and Kirsty.

I couldn't recommend Lawlors Poynton enough, especially Clare and Angela. Selling my house became a stressful transaction due to serious problems further down the chain, but they handled it brilliantly. From the start, communication was outstanding. They were incredibly supportive and proactive, constantly chasing other agents and keeping me informed. Their true value shone through in handling our complex chain. I also really appreciated that their participation in an email group with all the other agents involved to ensure information flowed as easily as possible. Pleasant staff but we found the ones doing showings at weekends often knew very little about the house/ area/ sellers, they literally just had the key to the door. Always responded quickly to requests and communication and passed messages on as needed. Slow to change signs at property to ‘sold’. Good selection of desirable properties for us to view.

The Lawler & Co team in Poynton provided an excellent and professional service throughout the marketing and sales/conveyancing stages of our property sale. Our sale was complicated and encountered some issues, as most house sales can encounter. Lawler provided strong support and did what any Sellers would want, they chased third parties and handled our sale proactively. They have excellent local knowledge and have a finger on the pulse in terms of gauging market sentiment. Leigh gave solid advice.
