GoogleThe team at Lawler's Poynton office have been brilliant from day one. It had been a stressful time selling the family home after our Mum died and from day one when we met Leigh, the team have been professional, helpful and kept us informed all the way through. Their valuation and advice has been spot on and we sold quickly. Many thanks to Leigh, Claire and especially Angela who has been brilliant and checked in with us regularly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lawler and Co.

GoogleMolly & staff at Marple were excellent when we sold my Mum’s house, we were waiting for probate, which took longer than expected. The house sold very quickly & above the asking price. Once probate came through the people buying changed there mind. But the next day Molly showed a young couple round, they made us an excellent offer which we expected & within 3months we had exchanged & they moved in.

GoogleIt’s been a pretty terrible year for myself and my partner after a house purchase with a different estate agents fell through at the 11th hour. Having to pick ourselves back up and start at square one was something we were dreading, but Claire at Lawler's was really helpful when we offered on one of her listings. Unfortunately that house didn’t work out, but we quickly found a better house which we are completing on next week. Angela has been brilliant throughout the whole process, she’s quick to respond to queries and, like Claire, has been very emphatic to our situation. Have also dealt with Hilary a few times and she is also lovely. Now we cannot wait to move in to our new home!

GoogleWe are just about to complete on the sale of our property and Leigh and his team at the poynton office have been so great to deal with throughout the whole process. All the staff have been very efficient at dealing with any queries I have had. A special mention goes to Angela who has answered all my calls or emails without delay and has made the sale very stress free for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Lawlor and Co and would definitely use them again if we were buying or selling a property in the area.

GoogleI was way out of my comfort zone with a move from Essex to the North West and wanted a company that was professional, efficient, effective and friendly. Hilary was exactly what I needed. She knows the local area well, liaised with me consistently, always took my calls and brought the deal to a satisfactory end. It wasn't always easy but she was unfailingly polite and nothing was too much trouble. Since moving in, the after care service has been exemplary: Hilary has provided me with details of local handymen and other tradespeople. This has helped me settle in and feel comfortable. Its all part of the service and I cannot recommend it highly enough

GoogleWhen our mother moved into a care home from a house that she had lived in for 67 years, my sister and I approached the task of selling the house with a high degree of trepidation. To complicate matters, neither of us lived locally, with each of us having a journey of approximately 3 hours to reach the house. However, from the moment that we contacted the Lawler and Co Poynton office we were greatly impressed and our fears receded. Our preferred approach for the sale was immediately understood and consistently applied. Communications throughout the sale process were always clear, concise and timely. When any member of the Lawler team was out of the office the other team members always seemed to be well informed and were able to respond quickly and efficiently to any issues that arose. Clare, Angela and Kirsty did an amazing job to progress our sale to a successful, quick completion. We cannot thank them enough for their excellent, at all times friendly and efficient service.
