GoogleLawlers sold my house in Poynton. They were very friendly and efficient and, even though it took a year, - they persevered. Might over value initially though. Good feedback on viewings. Some viewers not fully au fair with property. Worth doing them a guide. Overall a good experience.

From our first viewing through to completion, Claire and the other team members we dealt with handled our enquiries in a friendly and efficient way. Phone calls and emails were responded to quickly. GoogleWe have been supported in a most friendly and professional manner during the time our Dad's house has been on the market. From the outset everything was explained to us very clearly; essential for us - we have not been involved in the sale or purchase of a property for many years. The team in the Poynton office were always available to us within hours of us needing them at various times during the last four months. Site visits were timed carefully to suit the various parties involved, whether potential purchasers, surveyors, builders, efficiency assessors and so on. If ever we had another property to sell we would seek out the help of Leigh, Angela and Matt. The handover has gone smoothly with happy purchasers and happy vendors.

GoogleWe were very impressed with the enthusiasm and effort put in by the Lawler team to sell the property and resolve issues once a buyer had been found. The use of a drone to provide video footage of the house location as part of the marketing was brilliant. They had a clear plan for the target audience for the property. We were very happy with the service and overall cost. We could not imagine anyone else doing a better job. Highly recommended.
