GoogleI sold my property and bought the property i am in via Lawlors. Lucy and Olivia were excellent. So friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. In fact i have and they have their house on the market now. They are professional and really go out of their way to make you feel valued as a client. They are so positive, i can see why they are successful in their roles. I recommend highly, and they give you a little gift basket when you move in. A really nice touch.

GoogleI used Lawler & Co to buy my first house with my partner. They showed me around the house which, we fell in love with. They would always ask us for our instructions throughout the whole process. They kept in contact with our solicitor, and would advise us about the vendors requirements. I would recommend Lawler & Co to other people who are looking for their ideal home.

GoogleMolly & staff at Marple were excellent when we sold my Mum’s house, we were waiting for probate, which took longer than expected. The house sold very quickly & above the asking price. Once probate came through the people buying changed there mind. But the next day Molly showed a young couple round, they made us an excellent offer which we expected & within 3months we had exchanged & they moved in.

GoogleWe have been supported in a most friendly and professional manner during the time our Dad's house has been on the market. From the outset everything was explained to us very clearly; essential for us - we have not been involved in the sale or purchase of a property for many years. The team in the Poynton office were always available to us within hours of us needing them at various times during the last four months. Site visits were timed carefully to suit the various parties involved, whether potential purchasers, surveyors, builders, efficiency assessors and so on. If ever we had another property to sell we would seek out the help of Leigh, Angela and Matt. The handover has gone smoothly with happy purchasers and happy vendors.

GoogleLeigh Lawler and his team have been incredibly kind, helpful and patient in assisting my sisters and I in selling our late Mum's property in Poynton. In particular, our main contact Angela McDermott has coped with us all being spread across the globe! The service we received has been exceptional and we are so very grateful for the smooth and efficient sale we have experienced at what was a difficult time. Would not hesitate to recommend!

GoogleCouldn't recommend them enough. After having negative experience with another agency, we relisted our house with Lawler. They had it photographed and back on the market within 24 hours and the whole team were a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleThe team at Lawler's Poynton office have been brilliant from day one. It had been a stressful time selling the family home after our Mum died and from day one when we met Leigh, the team have been professional, helpful and kept us informed all the way through. Their valuation and advice has been spot on and we sold quickly. Many thanks to Leigh, Claire and especially Angela who has been brilliant and checked in with us regularly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lawler and Co.
