GoogleBought our new house and sold our old house at the same time through Lawler & Co, and Olivia, Sophie, and Milo were all absolutely fantastic. Olivia dealt with the sales side of things and was invaluable in getting the best price for our property and going the extra mile to secure our dream house whilst Sophie tirelessly pursued everyone to make sure that the sale and purchase ran along smoothly. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would advise anyone looking to sell their home to use Lawler & Co. P.s. Thanks for the present when we completed, a lovely touch!

GoogleIt took 18 months in total from marketing to completion to sell my house and Lawler were flawless from start to finish. They never gave up throughout the whole journey and made it their mission to get the house sold and get me to the end. They produce some of the best images as standard. They have great communication and all staff can deal with your queries. And the staff are lovely to deal with they really are.

GoogleUse Lawlers in Marple to sell my late Aunties house which completed last month and I felt that they did a great job. Dealt mainly with Janine who updated us every step of the way, in a timely manner although all staff that I had contact with were friendly and helpful. Not easy to choose an Estate Agent to sell your house as they all charge roughly the same price but I would say that Lawlers Marple is a well run branch with knowledgeable staff.

I wanted to say a big thank you to Lucy who was always quick to answer any of my questions, was on the ball with chasing the buyers solicitor and was always so happy and friendly to chat to! GoogleWhat a fantastic journey we have had with Lawlers. From the minute we met Lee Lawlor we trusted him and to use his words “it only takes 1 buyer”. The brochure and quality of photography were excellent and all put together in a matter of days. Within 24 hours of posting on Rightmove, a viewing booked, the viewers offered, we accepted and off we go. Over then to Sophie the sales progressor, who kept us totally updated and without Sophie’s tenacity and drive to get us to exchange contracts I genuinely do not think we would have made it. Lawlers are an exceptional company, they know their industry, they get to know you as the customer, they care about you and they deliver an exceptional professional service. GoogleI used Lawlers to purchase my new house in Hazel Grove. After an arduous and long-winded sale process, Lawlers kept me sane and Sophie (in particular) was instrumental in getting my new purchase over the line. She was the only person in the chain/proceedings proactively chasing down multiple delays (buy/sell solicitors AND selling estate agents). I received great communication throughout (which was the most important element for me). Add to this that all Lawlers staff were genuine, friendly, sympathetic and I have to give top stars to this estate agent.

GoogleI chose to sell my property with Lawler & Co as it seemed the majority of houses in the Hazel Grove area were being listed with them and I figured they must be doing something right - I wasn't disappointed. I needed a bit of hand holding throughout the process but nothing was ever too much trouble and they were a great support network when around me the property news was doom and gloom. Milo was fantastic (as was everyone I spoke with) and they found me a wonderful buyer which resulted in the property completing in 5 weeks, a rarity I know but I couldn't have done it without them. A huge thank you to the Lawler team, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to future sellers.

They always helped us book house viewings around our schedule and updated us on relevant properties. Olivia in particular was lovely to liaise with. GoogleVery very helpful team at every steps of the process of purchase of property. Sophie and Lucy were absolutely brilliant and amazing in every aspect. Right from start viewed on Saturday, were very accommodating. Took long time due to various other issues however was taken care by the whole team. Even helped me sort out other factors and to be assured that the property was the one we were looking after.
