GoogleLawlers sold my house in Poynton. They were very friendly and efficient and, even though it took a year, - they persevered. Might over value initially though. Good feedback on viewings. Some viewers not fully au fair with property. Worth doing them a guide. Overall a good experience.

GooglePleasant staff but we found the ones doing showings at weekends often knew very little about the house/ area/ sellers, they literally just had the key to the door. Always responded quickly to requests and communication and passed messages on as needed. Slow to change signs at property to ‘sold’. Good selection of desirable properties for us to view.

The whole team were helpful and proactive, always keeping us informed and arranging viewings with ease. GoogleWe turned to Lee, Angela, Clare and Kirsty who rescued us from another agent. They were proactive (we liked the way they called us with updates). Very well organised. Delivering great value for money. Lee's team at Poynton were particularly impressive after an offer was made. Because they understand the key role of the Agent in closing the sale. GoogleAimee who did our viewings was so lovely, informative and professional. We did two viewings with her and she was great. Sophie was our sales progress point of contact. She worked with us and our legal rep to ensure the sale went as smooth as possible and that other updates were always facilitated. Everyone I spoke with at Lawler was so helpful they will go above and beyond.

Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service once again from Lawler & Co We’ve recently completed the purchase of an auction property with a 28-day deadline, and Lawler & Co were brilliant throughout. The whole team were professional, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish. They made time for appointments, supported us with advice whenever we needed it, and made what could have been a pressured process feel straightforward and well managed. A special thank you to Kirsty, who we met several times at the property, she was absolutely lovely, knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to deal with. GoogleWe cannot thank Lawler’s enough, in particular Claire. Our house move has been quite a journey but throughout the process Claire has been amazing. She has kept up communication, pushed on our behalf and always worked in our best interests. I would highly recommend them as without them I firmly believe we would not be in our dream home.
