GoogleWe have just used the Marple branch to sell our home and the service from start to finish has been 10/10. The whole team couldn’t do enough for us, and took away that extra stress of moving home. We have used other local agents before and the service was no where near as good as Lawler and co. GoogleI couldn't recommend Lawlors Poynton enough, especially Clare and Angela. Selling my house became a stressful transaction due to serious problems further down the chain, but they handled it brilliantly. From the start, communication was outstanding. They were incredibly supportive and proactive, constantly chasing other agents and keeping me informed. Their true value shone through in handling our complex chain. I also really appreciated that their participation in an email group with all the other agents involved to ensure information flowed as easily as possible. They were endlessly patient, friendly, and completely focused on getting my sale done. Big thanks to everyone in the team!

GoogleLawlers provide an exeptional service, I could not recommend them highly enough. They are professional, friendly and extremely competant. We had our house on an off the market for a couple of years but could not find anything that was right. After a house came on that we really loved we put our house back on the market on a chance it may sell.. Lawlers worked tirelessly to acheive a quick sale on ours and we were able to secure the house we really wanted. All of the team worked so hard to complete the chain for us and really genuinely cared about us. Thanks to all, but especially Kirsty and Angela who were so patient with my incessant emails and phone calls!! We love our new home thank you all so much. I went with Lawlers as they also sold my mums property at he start of 2025 and again worked tirelessly to ensure the long chain stayed in tact and the sale completed. GoogleRecently sold my house with Lawler & Co estate agents. Very smooth transaction all the way. They sold the house on the first day it was viewed which was amazing. The staff are all lovely, nothing is too much trouble for them. I even got a bottle of Prosecco as a thank you for using them. I would highly recommend to anyone selling or buying a property

GoogleI bought a house recently through Lawler and co. They were excellent and when I need to sell I will use them. As a buyer I felt very informed and secure in the purchase. They were often more useful at following up with progress than the solicitors. I wouldn’t use Stratfords solicitors (as suggested by Lawler) as they don’t have a digital tracking system and only updated when chased.

GoogleInitially dealt with the viewing of my new house through the Hyde Office, I dealt with both Imogen and Stacey who were very friendly and professional. During the sales process I dealt with Chloe in the Marple office who was great, she kept me up to date at all times, chased when necessary and was on hand to answer all queries. Thanks Chloe and the rest of the team, we have now moved in and our both really happy in our new home😃
