GoogleAs first time buyers we were naturally anxious and did our due diligence however, we found our agent to be self-serving, pushy and inconsiderate. This caused unnecessary stress and spoiled the experience for us.

GoogleSold our house but not really sure where to start as our experience of Lawlers was a shambles from start to finish. Other than having a good lister who knew the right words to say to get us on board, our dealings were completely down hill from there. There’s no accountability from anyone, and it was very clear from very early on that despite being our agent, they were not dealing with our best interests at heart. Had we not been in a position where we needed to sell our property we would have definitely withdrawn and gone with a different agent. For a sales progresser, Kathrine had little to no knowledge about where our sale was actually up to and her responses to us always involved passing the blame. We felt as though we had to do the majority of the leg work towards the end in order to get our sale over the line, with little to no involvement from lawlers. Disappointingly but not surprisingly, we didn’t even so much as receive a phone call or email of congratulations on exchange/completion, which I suppose hits the nail on the head with our experience all together. Would not recommend.

GoogleHaving recently completed a sale with Lawlers in Hazel Grove, I was really impressed with the entire team. Alan and Kathrine were our main points of contact and were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were professional, reliable and showed compassion throughout a very emotional sale. Nothing was too much trouble and I knew I could just pick up the phone and speak to them whenever I needed to or email and know that I would get a response the same day. I was constantly kept updated by our dedicated home move manager, Kathrine, throughout the whole process. I was constantly impressed that every time I called, the team knew who I was and what property it was regarding. It is clear that communication is key with Lawlers. As a vendor, this was a personal service, that you can only get from an independent estate agent. Alan, Kathrine and the rest of the the Hazel Grove Team made me feel like a valued customer and would highly recommend.
