GoogleJust sold our house through lawler and co, very simple process, they took high quality photos of the house, it was only on the market a week and sold. Adam our agent was fantastic, the best agent we have ever dealt with. We will defiantly use again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thanks guys!

GoogleThe staff at Lawlers have helped and supported us through this difficult, emotional time. They understood our need to proceed slowly but kept in touch throughout and when we were ready to move forward with the sale they acted promptly which resulted in an acceptable offer less than a week after going live on the market. Claire was our initial contact and she clearly explained what we might expect. Nichola and Adam kept me updated with progress, answered my queries and their confidant, professional manor has given me confidence in what is a daunting process. Our thanks for a job well done

GoogleI can’t praise the people at Lawlers Estate Agents in Marple highly enough. I have recently sold my Mum’s flat with them. They showed people around the flat for me, and kept me informed at every opportunity. When a prospective buyer backed out, they immediately lined up another interested person who then went on to buy it. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to others. It’s quite stressful selling a property and they helped make it less so. I am grateful beyond words and wish to thank them all.

From meeting Leigh for the initial valuation right through to completion the team have been there every step of the way, they are all very professional and care so much about their clients. The team are so knowledgeable and are happy to help in whatever way they can. I sold my house through the Marple branch and from the beginning Adam and Melanie were brilliant! Both of them were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They helped sell my house in under 1 week and through the whole process they have kept me informed and helped with any issues.
