GoogleWe dealt with Alan and he was totally amazing in helping us purchase our first home. From the first viewing to the aftercare we have received has been outstanding! Any issue we have had, big or small, we have been able to contact either Alan or a member of the team straight away and they have dealt with it to a high standard! GoogleWe chose Lawlers Estate Agents and were so glad we did. Alan was our first contact. He is a lovely man and very professional. He advised us, took the photos/video and got our house on the market. Within 4 days we had had two days of block viewings done by Claire and Nathan and 3 offers! Amazing. We accepted an offer and then Katherine took over. Katherine was extremely helpful and guided us through the next stage. Unfortunately due to personal issues we had to cancel the sale. Katherine was very kind and understanding. When we are ready to sell, possibly within the next 6 months we would definitely go back to Lawlers. GoogleThe team at Lawler looked after the sale of my home in Stockport recently. They went above and beyond to not only sell my home but to ensure we were able to get into our new build property. Although the entire team were fantastic, Kathrine takes the rock star award for agents. She was always friendly, more than helpful and had the patience of a saint when dealing with our builders and solicitor. Kathrine always had time for us even though she was very busy and that is just part of the great service they provided us. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for that professional, local and personal touch.

GoogleI tried to sell my house with Lawlers, it started off really well, but the sale dragged on for months & when my buyer pulled out of buying my house they didn’t inform me or didn’t even know anything about it. The service started off well, but after months I was rarely receiving any form of communication or updates from them. Not surprising really as I believe they now have skeleton/part time staff working from the office, and no Manager or Valuer at the Marple Branch.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
