GoogleAfter sending a number of requests by email to view a house and then getting no response at all, I gave them a call. Even though the property was still online I was told that it was not available anymore. Just a quick response to my viewing request, letting me know this would have been helpful!

Dear Mrs de la Moitie, I am sorry that you did not have your original enquiry responded to immediately. Whilst we do try to keep all enquirers up to date with the availability of each property, the rental market moves incredibly quickly and sometimes this is not possible. We do apologise again that you didn't get a response, however, please do not hesitate to contact us if there are any other properties that you are interested in.

GoogleMy girlfriend and I have recently moved to near the Grove. The staff here were incredibly helpful with any questions we had. They even made it possible for us to move on a Saturday by working very closely with our and the sellers solicitors, even one member of staff ringing us after hours. My girlfriend and I were very thankful and are now living a wonderful life near the Grove.

GoogleFantastic service from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending Lawler & Co. I initially dealt with Alan when I wanted to market the property. Alan is a professional agent & a genuinely good guy. He was very thorough, knowledgeable & put me at ease. As soon as the property was placed on the market, the team worked well with potential purchasers & within the first few days, there were several offers. I dealt with both Nathan & Melanie and their feedback & service was excellent. Lawler & Co carried out the viewings & I felt confident in the whole team. We agreed a sale quickly & I then dealt with Kathrine. Kathrine provided fabulous service, she was always available to provide an update or response to an email and was key to ensuring the sale progressed quickly and kept all parties informed. GoogleHorrendous experience. Sold a no chain property, all parties agreed 4-6 timeline. 10 days later still no memo of sale despite 3 chasers. Weren't able to produce a piece of paper with parties solicitors details for over a week because of a "technical error". 5 weeks in at second viewing buyer mentions they are thinking about buying - Lawler didn't inform me of this at all despite being aware of the timeline. Then found out the boiler didn't work seller says estate agent should have informed us of this during the viewing - they didn't. Chased them repeatedly getting the same response that I should wait for the seller to find a suitable place to rent. After 9 weeks it finally transpired the seller did not have a sufficient budget to rent. The whole thing was a complete waste of time. Left me homeless over Christmas and £1000 out of pocket. If you can avoid using Lawler I strongly encourage you to do so, worst time of my life.

GoogleGreat estate agent, were on the ball and did a great job chasing through the sale process. They clearly have a good footfall of potential buyers and the whole process was good, even down to quality of photos, marketing and viewings. Rachel is excellent and liz did a great job standing in when Rachel off.

GoogleWe recently sold a property through Lawler & Co at Poynton. All of the staff that we dealt with at the Poynton office were friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable, always ensuring that at all stages of the sales process we were kept fully appraised of what had happened, and what the next steps were etc etc. In our opinion all team members always went the extra mile, and nothing was too much trouble. The selling fees were very competitive, and we were delighted that Lawlers managed to organise so many viewings. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lawlers to anyone wishing to either purchase or sell property, and many thanks to all involved with our sale.
