GoogleI used Lawler & Co for my house sale and also the onwards purchase, Nathan who dealt with both was superb from start to finish. Always updating me with the progress of the house so did not have to chase, even helped coordinate the solicitors would 100% recommend Nathan and Lawler & Co.

GoogleLawyers have been excellent throughout the whole process of moving, in particular Kathrine has been amazing! I honestly don’t think we would have moved had it not been for her persistence with the chain. She really went above and beyond to help me and I can’t thank her and all the team enough. Very helpful, professional and caring team and if I did ever move again, and would definitely use them. Thanks for all your help.

GoogleWe had a good experience purchasing our first home through Lawler & Co Hazel Grove. Clare was a great help from our first viewing right up to completion day, she kept us up to day throughout the process and made it smooth sailing for our first purchase. Lawler &Co are a welcoming estate agents, who from the first call when requesting a viewing don't straight away push other services onto you, which we experienced alot on our home buying journey when ringing other EAs. They did help along the way with recommendations for surveyors/solicitors who are all local if we wanted them, but we're never pushy. I would recommend to others, and if we do decide to move on Lawler & Co will be the route we take. Thanks again to Clare and the team.

GoogleCan't recommend enough, consistent and reliable. Special mention to Milo, it was clear he had extensive knowledge about the property, he was extremely personable and welcoming. He organised multiple viewings of the property, ensuring we were able to make the right decision. Also a bit thank you to Kathrine for ensuring our final completion process was stress-free.

GoogleSold my house with Lawler & Co, everyone in the office was always very helpful and knowledgeable, never a problem reaching anyone to speak to and always emailed me back. Molly was great, working hard behind the scene following up with all the involved parties and so managed to get it all completed on time! Would defiantly use again and recommend !

GoogleWe were highly impressed by this superb team, the latter word would probably explain why they are so highly thought of. Our experience with the assistant manager, Clare, was second to none and nothing was too much trouble for her at ALL times. The manager Mark was the initial contact and started the ball rolling regarding photos and promotions.We would highly recommend this company.Why go anywhere else?

GoogleI don’t even know where to start with how fantastic our experience has been with Lawler. Everyone was polite and helpful, always being happy to give advice on the process for us, as we are first time buyers. Kathrine was dealing with the purchase of our property and she has been the most incredible help throughout the sale, we genuinely would not of been able to get through this without her. If you’re looking for 5 star services, then Lawler’s is the best of the best.

GoogleIt’s been a pretty terrible year for myself and my partner after a house purchase with a different estate agents fell through at the 11th hour. Having to pick ourselves back up and start at square one was something we were dreading, but Claire at Lawler's was really helpful when we offered on one of her listings. Unfortunately that house didn’t work out, but we quickly found a better house which we are completing on next week. Angela has been brilliant throughout the whole process, she’s quick to respond to queries and, like Claire, has been very emphatic to our situation. Have also dealt with Hilary a few times and she is also lovely. Now we cannot wait to move in to our new home!
