GoogleThe market was tricky but the Lauristons sales team at Wimbledon were patient, well informed and supportive. Last minute help at the flat was never too much trouble and I always felt comfortable calling for updates, which is important. Overall I would recommend without hesitation.

GoogleI dealt with the assistant sales manager James Wheatley. My experience with James was very positive. He was polite, friendly, informative and very flexible when needed. He worked very hard to negotiate on a property I was trying to buy. Even out of normal office working hours were not an issue to speak with James either by call or text. Very useful for me who didn’t work 9-5 Monday to Friday.

GoogleWe recently used James to assist us in our search for a property in the Wimbledon area. Whilst in the end, the property we purchased wasn’t via James, I wanted to write a review to say how impressed I was with his service throughout our search. He consistently displayed all the qualities you’d want from an agent - he was friendly, listened carefully to our requirements, gave us breathing space to make decisions and was never pushy. I’d highly recommend James anyone looking to buy or sell in the Wimbledon area.

GoogleWe sold our flat through Lauristons in February 2019. We initially met with Michael and were immediately put at ease with the process. We received excellent, sensible advice and all questions were answered thoughtfully and straight away. James was our main contact with the sale and was amazing throughout. He helped us at every stage and was always contactable and on hand when we needed him - which at times was several times a day. The team were great at using their marketing list to get viewers through the door immediately and the marketing pictures were absolutely beautiful. James was always reliable and professional on viewings and we got a good few offers in the first week or two, one of which we accepted. I would recommend Lauristons to anyone looking for excellent customer service and the best chance of a decent sale price in this unpredictable market.
