GoogleThis is perhaps the worst rental agency I have worked with, I have been with several over the years. They have lost cover letters and terms of my rental, they charge for references (I have not had another agency do this), they have around £650 worth of hidden check out fees, and are generally rude. I would highly recommend people to use another estate agents when renting, I am looking to take them to small claims for negligence.

GoogleI am so impressed with Lauristons in regards to both sales and lettings. Tom has recently been in charge of finding me a suitable rental property and has been really on the ball finding me places that suit my budget and specs perfectly. Thanks Tom!

GoogleI just wanted to say a huge thank you to Michael and Myah at Lauristons for all your help in selling our property. What we really appreciated was the fact that you constantly kept us up to date on what was happening, enabled a steady stream of prospective buyers to see the house and in the closing stages basically made it all happen. Thank you.

GoogleMichael and Myah were brilliant. Our sell/buy process was not the most straightforward and required a lot of communication throughout and they were always friendly and quick to respond. Thanks!

GoogleDidn't end up renting from them but Osai is probably one of the better estate agents I've ever met. Not pushy or aggressive and very understanding and works with you not against you (unlike most estate agents)!

GoogleLauristons helped us find a buyer for our house in less than two weeks, and the whole process was completed in under 3 months. James was brilliant at communicating with us and gently but firmly pushing things along at all times. Thoroughly recommend using Lauristons for your house move.

GoogleWith so many estate agents to choose from in Wimbledon, it can seem overwhelming, but I would highly recommend Lauristons. They have provided excellent communication from day 1, managed our expectations and been on the end of the phone or email whenever we have needed them. Thanks very much for such great service!

GoogleThe best experience I have ever had with an estate agent (as a prospective tenant). Extremely responsive and helpful communication from Georgina, who listened to all our requirements, and organised an extremely efficient day of viewing. She was very quick to respond to all our queries, and make the process as smooth as possible. We were also very impressed and reassured by financial advice from Adam. Clear, friendly and helpful advice that left us feeling secure and well-prepared for the future. Very impressed to have this service from an estate agent.
