Terrible communication. I enquired about a studio flat to let and was sent a form I was unable to complete. I emailed about this issue and was phoned to be told they would look into it and they didn’t. As a result the flat ended up being let without me being able to view. Joe sold us our home. We were looking for a unique house with a fit for purpose downstairs area for my elderly mother to live with us but for us to still maintain our independence living upstairs. He was very helpful all through the process following up with solicitors and checking our queries with the vendors.
