Good service and communication but probably the most expensive agent you can find in Swanley. Sold my property and first we agreed on a set fee £4,000 all included but they did not informed me until I signed the contract that they charge many extra fees and all fees that they say are without VAT. Sold my property for less than the asking price. The first sale price that they suggested was quite high which was the reason for choosing them but soon after that they suggested to reduce that price. The people who work there are polite but really not a value for money

Had a wonderful experience with Langford Russell in renting our new home, all overseen by Jack F! He recommended properties based on our budget and requirements, was very efficient on booking a viewing and was responsive on email and the phone to answer our questions and keep us updated on the progress of our rental. Even once we had signed the contract he was happy to arrange extra viewings so that we could start to prepare for our upcoming move. I want to give credit to both Hayley and Joseph at Langford Russel, Swanley. After having three agents value my property, Hayley was able to predict the likely sale price almost to the penny, whereas the others undervalued it by a noticeable margin. I really appreciated Hayley’s upfront, no nonsense approach, no cringe worthy sales pitches, just honest advice. Her sales style was without doubt the best fit for for us.
