GoogleWe recently rented a flat through Langford and Russell and our estate agent was Jack Cuthbert, he was so friendly, helpful and made the expeirence alot less stressful considering we had a few hiccups along the way. He always understood where we was coming from and definitely fought our corner when needed. Cant recommend enough!!

GoogleSorry for the nice people working there, but what a disaster of a company! We found the flat we wanted through L&R, but looking run down. Offered the landlord to repaint it providing he does his share of works, like replacing a broken glass window overhanging the door way, removing the black mould impregnated all over the worktop, etc. We were promissed it would be done. The day we were given the keys, we realized that absolutely nothing had been done, that the unfurnished flat was left with old broken furniture and belongings, a gas canister abandoned outside hidden behind the shed, flush not working, boiler leaking, no inventory was ever made, nobody visited the flat after the previous tenant left. We found another flat since, but we will never go close to Langford & Russell ever again.

GoogleEddie Youds of Langford Russell has restored my faith in estate agents or should I say that he has proved that there are still some good ones out there. As part of a chain we sold in Streatham and bought in Beckenham; selling we dealt with 5 different agents (at the same firm) with very little support or knowledge between them. Buying we dealt with Eddie who was personable, knowledgable, helpful and worked hard to get the deal done. From pursuing solicitors to getting access for surveyors with just hours notice he ensured that the deal happened. As we have just bought we wont be selling for many years but if we were, I would instruct him without a shadow of doubt, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone thinking about selling.

GoogleI knew Eddie through previous transactions. Eddie is everything a buyer could wish from an estate agent. I visited him at his office to inform him I was going to trial an online estate agent, I left having put my house on the market with Langford Russell - that's how persuasive Eddie can be! Eddie and his team delivered on everything they'd promised. I'd have no hesitation recommending Langford Russell or using them again in the future.

GoogleWe had a lot of bad luck over the past few weeks which included landlords pulling out of a deal at the last minute resulting in us losing our flat through another estate agents! However, Jack showed me this property late afternoon and by 6pm our offer was accepted. Jack has been incredible - always helpful, polite and friendly and he has pushed all the paperwork through at the speed of light so we could move on Saturday this week. Absolute legend - thank you so much! Five star service.

GoogleWe -sadly- have ample experience with letting agencies both in London and internationally and we have never been as impressed with a real estate agency as we have been with Langford Russell in general and Jack Cuthbert in particular. The level of genuine care and diligent attention for details has made us feel valued and well treated and it has meant we felt like we are forging a strong relationship to last us through the years not conducting a mere business transaction. Excellent service!

GoogleA huge thank you to Jack for his help and patience in helping us finding our first flat in Beckenham. The service and attention to details were absolutely fantastic and the flat is the perfect fit for us! Jack has also been extremely helpful and flexible in arranging last minute viewings to suit our busy work schedules. Finding the perfect flat especially outside London can be challenging but he has made the whole process very smooth and effortless for us with his friendliness, professionalism and expertise. Highly recommended!

GoogleI have been renting in and around London for the past 10 years and have always been hesitant to use estate agencies due to bad experiences in the past. Thankfully Langford Russell have been great. They have consistently provided fast responses, helpful information and they turned the referencing process around very quickly. Jack in particular has been a pleasure to work with, always going above and beyond to help wherever possible. If/when I move on from my current property I will certainly be getting back in touch with Langford Russell.

GoogleMark Horak was an excellent adviser and helped me in all aspects of the house rental starting from the search process till I moved in & settled down. The best part was that he would keenly listen to the requirements and address each one of those in a quick manner. Mark also went the extra mile a couple of times by either coordinating errands with the landlord or by providing letters required by the Bromley council. Needless to say it was a joy working with him and I experienced true customer service !

GoogleMark and the lettings team at Langford Russell were very professional in securing a tenant for our property in Chislehurst. They offered valuable advice in preparing the property to let and kept us regularly informed as to when a viewing would happen and then feedback from that viewing. Once a tenant had been found, the communication between all parties was excellent.
