GoogleJosh has provided an excellent service. So professional throughout the process. We would thoroughly recommend using Langford Russell.

GoogleSophie, Mark and Michael, all excellent. Mark explained everything at the start of the process and Michael and Sophie continued the good work. Apprehensive, as this was our first experience of being a landlord but the whole team helped us through it. Would always recommend them

GoogleI cannot fault the service that was provided by Josh and his colleagues at Langford Russell’s West Wickham branch. The sale of my late mother’s house took just under 3 months from me placing it on the market to completion. I was kept fully updated weekly by email and phone calls. I would certainly use the branch again should the need arise.

GoogleWithout doubt this agent gets a 5 start from me as they went that extra mile to ensure the house sale went though . Ashley was on top of everything and communicated every step early .He facilitated the sale and helped reassure the vendors which was not easy . I feel without him the vendors may have pulled out as we took longer than expected to buy the house . I would certainly recommend the agents if you are looking for a first class professional service . The entire team are very courteous and helpful

GoogleBen at Langford Russell in West Wickham was an outstanding agent in our house purchase/sale process. He was proactive without being pushy, kept us informed throughout and went the extra mile to get our contracts exchanged on time (ish!). It has been a pleasure dealing with him, and his colleagues at the West Wickham office.

GoogleGreat experience. We struggled to sell our property for months with another agent and Josh, Dominic and Ben at Langford Russell were able to get the sale done in a matter of days. Really helpful and approachable staff. Thanks everyone.

GoogleChoice of 3 estate agents for sale of friend's house. Manager, Lucy, was most impressive one, reasonable expectation of price and best rate of commission. Friends had also used Langford Russell and had also recommended them. Although Lucy moved on soon after we put house up for sale, Josh was very communicative and approachable about any issues that arose over the ensuing 6 months while the estate went slowly through probate etc. and the sale went through. Will definitely recommend them to others.
