I had quite a specific list of requirements for my potential new home. Oliver took all this into account and was very proactive indeed. GoogleIt was the first time for me dealing with L&R and I have had a very positive experience. What a great team the Beckenham Branch have. I mainly dealt with Jack Cuthbert from the viewing up until the move date. What a lovely, plesent young man. Jack is extreamly professional, with a kind and polite approach. Nothing was too much bother for him and he went way and beyond to help and reassure me at times when I was having a few issues my end. I would most certainly recommend L&R and I believe Jack is a real asset to the company. A thank you to Sophie too who stepped in when Jack was out viewing.

GoogleSteve was great from start to finish on my recent purchase through Langford Russell. As well as providing all the info I needed during the initial viewings, he put a lot of work in guiding myself and the vendors through to successful exchange. If/when I come to sell the house I know exactly who to go to.

GoogleWe sold our house through LR and they did a great job, we got a good offer in 3 weeks and Eddie worked really hard with some shockingly bad solicitors and some frustrating process issues to ensure the sale progressed. He had obviously got the trust of the buyers and managed to persuade them against some unnecessary extra queries. Would definitely use them again.

GoogleWe recently sold our 2 bed flat in Beckenham thanks to Eddie. He was excellent throughout the whole process. His pricing and advice was spot on and as a result we received and accepted an offer within 4 days of the flat being advertised. GoogleFantastic estate agents, we both rented and bought a property through Langford Russell and they were great. Eddie Youds sold us our gorgeous flat, he understood exactly what we wanted and was very patient with us during the sale process. He wasn’t at all pushy or overbearing, but helpful and understanding from day one. Would highly recommend buying from a property from him.

GoogleStacey could not have been more helpful. Never having rented out a property before, she patiently went through the process step by step. A tenant was found but unfortunately circumstances prevented us proceeding at that time. Stacey was non judgmental and compassionate to the situation. We will shortly be in a position to proceed once more, we would not go with anyone other than Stacey at Langford Russell. Carole

GoogleI contacted Langford Russell for a rental property I’d seen, I was quickly contacted back by Darcie Lawrence, who was very keen to show me the property, unfortunately it wasn’t right. ...but Darcie worked continuously to find me a property, grabbing quick viewings where available. I don’t know if this is Langfords way of working or just Darcie, but whatever it is it’s commendable, I applaud you. If you want a personal service locally, I highly recommend langfirds and please if you can ask for Darcie, you won’t be disappointed in her work/client ethics. Thank you for all your efforts. GoogleAvoid this estate agents at all costs. Mo was extremely rude to my wife in fact very threatening and they haven’t done anything that we’ve ask them to do. Disgusting horrible company with horrible staff.

Firstly mucked us about trying to change the appointment time - the agent we were supposed to meet was not allowed to shut up 10 minutes early to come and show us the property (priced over £400k ) not entirely sure how much business they were expecting to do between 5:20 and 5:30 on Saturday afternoon... BUT when we did finally meet the agent he didn't have the correct key. When asked about the property You couldn't make it up. A farcical waste of a Saturday afternoon.
