We were listed with an online estate agent with reasonable interest in our property but no help with sales progression. Jon who gave us a market appraisal was confident and reassuring and stayed in contact on a fortnightly basis to check how things were going. After 2 sales had fallen through we decided to give Langford Russell a chance as they were very interested and confident in selling the house. We were listed with them for 4 weeks, Kevin secured a sale and we completed in 5weeks. The best thing about their service was how quickly they gave feedback and returned messages. Their sales progression was spot on. (This is what let us down with the online service) Kevin kept everyone in the loop and brought us a buyer who was interested. I would highly recommend Langford Russell. Jon and Kevin were fantastic at making things happen.

It’s nice to see great reviews on here but unfortunately we haven’t had the same experience, it’s been painful from start to finish. They’ve falsely advertised property features on RightMove and their leaflets but apparently they don’t have the time to update these to ensure it’s an accurate reflection. The property management team in Bromley don’t have a clue about the properties they manage and we’re constantly having to chase for an answer. We've expressed all of our concerns but they don't seem to raise these with their management team. I’d avoid using them where possible in the future, shame as we love the property we’ve moved into!
