Aidan is a great agent and I take my hat off to him. I practically stalked him via phone and email to enable me to obtain the property I wanted (which I did!) and at no point did his manner toward me change. Moving from a different city was stressful enough, but he was able to follow through on everything he said, which really helped me to feel confident that he would do his best for me. He did, from arranging the viewing to signing documents, paying monies owed and picking up the keys. He liaised with me professionally and followed up on everything requested in a timely manner. Madeleine Davenport was the person who sold my house, and she was faultless in her communication and management of the whole process from beginning to end. The communication of the the team as a whole was superb, but naturally I dealt with her on a day to day basis. She built a high level of trust and reassured me when solicitors were not communicating. She chased every enquiry relentlessly and always came back with the answers and solutions I needed at that time. In response to the 1* feedback from Lawrence Hunt I am the seller of the property you had the offer accepted on for 20k less than market value. An offer was then made for the full asking value. I was not in a contract with you. The estate agent done his job well and offered you the opportunity cost being the house next door which I own. Stop being a baby. You should have paid the deposit and signed the contract. To anyone looking to sell there property please ask for Kevin who has been nothing but superb from beginning to end

We were listed with an online estate agent with reasonable interest in our property but no help with sales progression. Jon who gave us a market appraisal was confident and reassuring and stayed in contact on a fortnightly basis to check how things were going. After 2 sales had fallen through we decided to give Langford Russell a chance as they were very interested and confident in selling the house.
