GoogleLangford Russell completed the sale of my house last week after a drawn out conveyance (entirely out of their control). They were brilliant. Particular mention to Lukass who was utterly fantastic. He was extraordinarily patient and kind towards me despite the levels of stress and constant comms from me. He was diligent, did what he said he would do and pushed to get answers. He went above and beyond to speak to the chain, gave me sound advice and counsel and spent an inordinate amount of his time on this sale. He is an absolute credit to the estate agent and they should be proud to have him. I'm so so grateful to him and Oliver for their persistence and patience. Thank you Thank you Thank you to them both. Langford Russell in general obtained a good price for my house, the pictures and listing process was seamless and all at a reasonable price. So happy. Paul listed my property last year and despite moving sevenoaks, took the time to congratulate me on exchange. Don't hesitate to sell your house with them and ask for Lukass!

Google***Review prior to response*** Does not respond to sales enquiries and allow viewings on houses advertised - poor estate agent ***Review after estate agents response*** Andrew, yes we have now arranged to view the property but it took you as an estate agent 6 days to reply to my enquiry & that was only because you were notified of this negative review! Maybe start responding to the sales enquiries as quickly as you do negative reviews.
Update - I can see that we received your enquiry on 27th. You were called on 27th but were unable to leave a message, so we emailed you emailed. You were then called again on 29th and an appointment booked in. Thanks Dear Ash. i am sorry to read your review but having spoken to the branch they are surprised to receive it too. My understanding is that you are seeing the agent tomorrow for a viewing and he will be discussing it with you further then. if i can help further please do let me know. Thanks. GoogleI have viewed multiple houses and Emily was the first estate agent to come armed with information that was extremely useful and informative. So far, all other estate agents have not know vital information such as, how old and where the boiler is, is the loft boarded, etc, all questions that as a purchaser you want to know.
