Being familiar with sour and awful experience with countless estate agents and agencies, we finally found the team at Langford Russell to be operating with utmost professionalism and fairness. I thought we were lucky to have found Willam at Langford Russell's Orpington office who guided and helped us every step of the way to making sure we were treated fairly throughout the process of purchasing our first house. William not only made sure we were getting a fair deal, he helped push the conveyancing solicitors, equipped us with all relevant information and contacts, and made us aware of any blindspots we should be considering to make sure our purchase was fully vetted, secured and as per expectations. I genuinely thought William was stellar and was critical part of us getting on the property ladder. Cannot recommend his services enough!

Very pleased we used LR to sell our bungalow in Tunbridge Wells. In our quest to find a suitable property we have come across some really poor agents and property details which lack virtual tours, floor plans and square footage. Our virtual tour and floor plan included not only the property but the garden and the garden office ( Superb photography too) . The square footage of the house, garage and office were all shown. The team recommended one of their own vendors to view and he subsequently purchased. Excellent service from Langford Russell - would highly recommend! As a landlord of a number of properties, I can honestly say that their speed of response and commitment to the sale were outstanding. We went to market in June, and received an overwhelming response to the advert. Chris Salt, the Operations Manager, gave the sale his personal support and 32 viewings were arranged over 2 days. In the event, we received 17 firm offers and went to sealed bids, achieving a sale price 20% higher than we had anticipated. There is no doubt that their experience in the London housing market proved invaluable on this occasion and they were ready for the rush! Paul Reid and his team are very efficient and knowledgeable and handled the sale of my property and the purchase of my next home with incredible smoothness. The team at this branch are incredible. I dealt with Rob and Michelle from the word go and they have been utterly brilliant throughout. Just by way of background, I am a middle-aged guy and have had my fair share of disappointments with estate agents over the years. I had learnt to be very suspicious and not to expect much at all for the £££ commission I was forced to pay. So, this time, I actually interviewed six different estate agents to see which might be the one. The one I actually chose turned out to be appalling (I won't say which firm). I was at my wit's end. So, I thought I'd just try one more. I walked into Langford Russell and met Michelle. I explained that I have been let down and needed help. From the off, she was efficient, friendly, professional and caring. I had very particular needs to which Michelle was incredibly sensitive. She advised me on what the house needed in terms of making it market-ready and, more importantly, given my very tight budget and time constraints, what I did NOT need to do. A realistic price was set on my house and Rob sold the place after the first viewing day at a good price. What was so refreshing about Rob and Michelle is that there is no flannel, you get a very honest service. The price they set is realistic and means that there is no messing around. Most importantly for me was that their customer service is fantastic. Every email answered promptly, every message left at the office for them returned quickly. This means a lot as selling a house can be such a stressful event. It also has to be said that the both of them also helped move things along, even stepping in to nudge solicitors. They really went over and above what they were contracted to do. I have not come across this before. I wholeheartedly recommend them and the branch in general. It was a 100% positive experience for me. Thank you so much!
