GoogleMy fiance has been dealing with our apartment search. Coming into contact with Sinan has been such a blessing. He's been supportive, informative, and helpful from the get go. It's such a good experience, I'd recommend him to anyone I know. From actually keeping in touch, offering advice, answering all our questions and getting those he didn't have immediate answers for, he's been professional. While we don't yet know if we've finally found our new home in the West Wickham area, he's been incredibly supportive and I would like him to know how much we appreciate it.

GoogleSteve at West Wickham LR was my main contact on a property that I recently purchased, acting as the sellers estate agent. He was great at moving the process forward, probably the most proactive person in the whole chain. I think he really helped to get things moving, and was a friendly and professional person to communicate with throughout the process.

GoogleI was not a client of Langford Russell but I bought a house from someone who had engaged them. There were the usual issues as the transaction progressed (such as negotiation over fixtures and fittings) which Steve and Lukass dealt with swiftly and professionally. There were also some unexpected issues, mainly with my conveyancers. Steve and Lukass took this in their stride. They were proactive, pushing the legal teams for updates and suggesting dates for exchange and completion. When the time comes for me to sell the house (which won't be any time soon!), I'll remember Langford Russell. I just hope Steve and Lukass are still there - thanks, guys!

GoogleI want to give Steve and his team at West Wickham a 5 star review. Steve was fantastic and worked so hard to make our chain work. We sold through him and unfortunately we had very difficult chain. But with his experience and hard work , working very closely with the agent for our purchase, they pulled it together. We received a lot of help and very good advice and I would definitely recommend Steve and his team, they were brilliant May-24

GoogleOutstanding service from all of the team but especially Emily who has excellent communication skills in both listening and advising. She was happy to help and go the extra mile for me and my family and my requests and demands didn't fluster her. I'm not one for recommending estate agents (who is?!) but my experience of the Langford Russell Sevenoaks office is the best I've experienced.

GoogleI am moving today, finally! I have been so happy with the service from this team, especially Bradley, my main point of contact. He took great care of me. I have mental health conditions so require a gentle manor and to be kept up to date with how things are progressing and Bradley provided this with no problems. I had a rush to move out of my last place and Bradley was really helpful in making sure I could get into my flat in time. Could not recommend them more.
