GoogleI couldn’t recommend Langford Russell Estate Agents more. Their professionalism, communication, and organisation were the best out of all the estate agents we dealt with whilst trying to find the right property for us. Special mention needs to go to Joseph for showing us around multiple properties and taking on board our feedback. He always came back to us with other suggestions and wasn’t pushy in any way. It felt like he genuinely cared about finding us our next home. A great experience all round with Langford Russell in Swanley.

GoogleKelly was just amazing selling our house on Forest Ridge. She was so dedicated and passionate, finding a buyer at such incredible speed! Once we accepted the offer, the moving process took nearly 11months due to the length of the chain. At every step on the way, Kelly did all she could to try and push this along, keeping us regularly updated throughout. Couldn’t ask for such amazing service, genuinely very personal and passionate, helping us move through such a stressful chain. Thank you!

GoogleEver since my -love at first sight- flat viewing, Kelly Walsh has supported me with an outstanding professionalism in every stage of my purchase journey. Kelly was honestly the first real estate agent whom I communicated with (whether renting or buying) and who demonstrated a rare elegance letting the property speak for itself rather than persuading me into signing a contract. As a foreigner, totally unacquainted with the UK property legislation, I only received grace and empathy from Kelly who has assisted me with patience and promptitude, mediating communication with the seller whenever possible and connecting me with her colleagues for any adjacent works I needed for the property.

GoogleI was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!

The experience was wholly positive, with two things in particular standing out as impressive: 1. The team has been very effective at working together: their internal communication has worked well and everyone has known what’s going on at any given point. 2. Every one of the individual team members - Chris, Tayler, Emily, Lukass, Talia - has been happy to go the extra mile, right from the start and throughout the process of securing a sale. Highly recommended.

GoogleI'd definitely recommend Langford Russell at West Wickham. Lukass and his team from the very start, demonstrated real energy, proactive communications and really good advice on a marketing strategy. They got plenty of serious buyers through the door within days of formal marketing and a number of good offers. The following process, with a long chain was tricky, but Lukass and his team managed it extremely well, with some amazing focus in the days before exchange. A particular strength of Lukass' team is that everyone knows what's going on, so if one of the team is out, another will pick it up seamlessly. All-in-all 10/10, thoroughly recommended.
