GoogleTom provided a fantastic service from start to finish. Within a week of being on the market, Tom secured a buyer for the sale of our property. I cannot fault the service we received and would highly reccomend Pullen Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleTom was fantastic, he did a brilliant job of marketing a property that other agents had indicated wouldn't generate much interest. We had three offers on the first day the house was on the market. It was a stress-free house sale, great experience.

GoogleCan't recommend Tom and his team enough! They were massively helpful throughout our purchase, always available via phone or email (which is rare to find) and happy to assist with any questions or concerns we had. Tom went above and beyond, particularly when our solicitor wasn't being as proactive as we would hope, in liaising between us and the sellers. He could be relied on for clear and prompt communication throughout the process. I can't recommend Pullen Estate Agents strongly enough - thank you!

GoogleFrom day one the team at Langford Russell in Beckenham made me feel confident that the sale of my flat was in good hands. Excellent local knowledge and great advice regarding the asking price. The first person to view the flat offered the asking price. Despite a rather complicated sale process that took longer than expected, they kept me well informed and showed great resilience and patience with the buyer. I highly recommend Eddie, Kelly and the team!

GoogleI cannot give enough praise to the staff. My property was a tough sale but they persevered and found a buyer and then worked really hard to achieve completion which was not easy. They are a very professional setup and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell or buy a property.

Google5 Stars, Outstanding Service from Eddie! As a first-time buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than Eddie. He guided me through the entire process with patience and expertise, ensuring I felt supported every step of the way. Even when there were challenges with the solicitor, Eddie stepped up, maintaining excellent communication and working with the vendor to get my purchase over the line. GoogleLangford Russel are not the cheapest estate agent and that's because, as we found, the deliver an energetic and supportive service that achieves sales higher than you'd get elsewhere (effectively negating the slightly higher fee!). I have to shout out Lucas and Steve who were both exceptional throughout and drove through our sale before the stamp duty change exactly as they said they would. Don't look further than this company to sell your house.
