GoogleBuying a house with Langford Russell Estate Agents in Beckenham has been an absolute joy, from first viewing the property with Kelly, only 7 weeks ago, to exchange last Friday. Kelly is super efficient and has a lot of knowledge, meaning she was always able to deal with my queries promptly and provide me with the information I needed. Kelly is friendly and approachable, which I found invaluable, particularly given my level of knowledge around the house buying process. She did a fabulous job of liaising with my sellers when necessary, negotiating well when needed, and being incredibly neutral along the way. I've not found this level of trust with an estate agent before. Thank you Kelly :-)

Nik and Lilia were absolutely fantastic, professional, supportive, and always quick to respond. They helped me through the landlord checklist, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Best of all, they found a reliable tenant in less than two weeks after listing the property. I really appreciated their regular updates and expert guidance. Highly recommend!

GooglePullen Estate Agents were the estate agent for the property I wanted to buy so I also gave them my property to sell - Tom Pullen is so professional and has a truly caring nature which he carries into his company - he was always on hand to answer my calls and enquires and he did go above and beyond. Also a big credit to George who was also available. I have already recommended him to someone and will continue to do so.

GoogleWe recently purchased our property Langford Russel in West Wickham. Lukass one of the sale agents really understood what we were looking for and with our budget. They me we found our house Langford Russell took away a lot of stress from us and we’re constantly chasing up our solicitors to complete the sale as soon as possible. Lukass was on hand when ever we needed to ask a question or to pop to our property to do some measuring up. I would highly recommend Langford Russell if you are looking at buying or selling, They really put the customers first

GoogleNot professional and not happy with the service at all. First everything was good. But Joe lied to us saying it was a probate property and the water was shut. The truth was the property was not a probate property and also the bathroom has a leak and walls was all covered up with wallpaper. Wall has cracks all over the place. To other customers be careful with them and get a builder to check the building because they lie to their customers.

GoogleI had a highly disappointing experience with Langford Russell Swanley Kent during my property handover. After collecting my keys and visiting the property, I was shocked to find that it was still occupied by the seller’s family. The house was left in a messy and unacceptable condition, with waste items scattered both inside and outside. How can it be possible for the sellers to still be at the property after the keys were officially handed over? This raises serious concerns about the agency’s management and security protocols. This mismanagement caused me significant stress, disrupted my moving plans, and resulted in financial losses, including a wasted workday, cancelled bookings, and builder charges. The lack of professionalism and coordination throughout the process was extremely frustrating and far below expectations. I cannot recommend their services.

GoogleSuper happy with our experience with the team at Langford Russell. Hayley in particular was so helpful and supportive throughout our buying process. Unfortunately our solicitor wasn’t much help at all. Hayley was the one who guided us through the process as first time buyers, kept constant communication and really pushed to move things forward when they became stuck! Without Hayley, we definitely wouldn’t have made it into our home before Christmas (or at all). I’m sure we’ll be connecting with the team again when we move in the future!
