GoogleAndy and the team were absolutely brilliant, we couldn’t have asked for more. We had a complex chain which had external issues arise, and Andy was honest every step of the way and solved every issue, whilst keeping all parts of the chain informed. If it hadn’t been for Andy, our chain may well have collapsed. We couldn’t recommend Andy more, thank you for getting us into our new home!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
That's lovely to hear thanks for your kind words, best of luck in your new home.

GoogleWe used Lanes to sell our home, it was sold in 1 day of it being viewed. Andy and Lord were absolutely amazing. We found their service very professional, and they chased the other buyers and seller in our chain to speed up the process, we had 6 people in the chain. A huge thank you to Lord and Andy, they made a stressful time more relaxing. There were no game playing unlike other estate agents, I would recommend LANES and will use them again in future. Thanks again.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe sold our apartment in Hertford via Lanes in December 2020, Patrick & his team Marc & Paige were very professional throughout the process. We were extremely happy with the buyer they introduced. From start to finish Lanes kept us well informed how our sale was progressing. We found Lanes competative with their fee structure and we would highly recommend Lanes of Hertford if you are looking for an agent to market your property. Thank you. Martin Fox
