GoogleGreat team at Lanes Cheshunt. If you're selling a property you definitely want to give them a call. I was a buyer and they were very different to a few other estate agents, it felt like a small family run company. Ed showed us around the property, he knew a lot about it, anything he didn't know, he found out quickly. They keep you in the loop and checked-in regularly throughout the buying process, great for sellers but they also chased up with my lawyer as they were not the best at staying in touch. After the sale, they were very helpful with holding keys to let workers in, which we really appreciated as we didn't live near by. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking to sell and as a buyer I was definitely impressed with their service, you could always get through to someone at the office or get a callback if they were out. I've never been through the process before but they definitely made it feel smoother. If I ever sell, I know where I'll be going.

GoogleI decided to use Lanes for my property sale after me and my partner were shown a property by Theo and were really impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I arranged for Andy to come and see my flat off the back of that, despite already having another agent in mind and he was absolutely brilliant from the start. He really knew his stuff and filled me with confidence that they could sell my flat with ease. They took great pictures, presented it really well and managed to sell it with only a few viewings. From there on the communication from Andy was great, he helped with so many hurdles along the way and was quick, efficient and honest, which is exactly what you need when selling and buying a property. I can’t fault any of the staff at this branch, they have been a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend them to anyone. We must give a special thanks to Andy, he is a real asset to this branch. Top man.

The transition was smooth, and my husband and I are very thankful for their support and assistance throughout the whole process.
