GoogleI would like to thank Paul and the team at Lanes for looking after us with the sale of our property. I found Paul's approach to be both professional and friendly and his advice was invaluable. A purchaser was found very quickly and as soon as the sale had been agreed, he provided us with regular updates on the property sale right up to exchange and completion. I would not hesitate in recommending Lanes to anyone I know who intends to either buy or sell a property in the area.

GoogleI have just exchanged contracts in such a quick time the experiences of dealing with Lanes has been amazing. I dealt with Ed Bird who worked tirelessly each day to update me with each stage of the process. Without Ed’s diligence to details and commitment to my family, he has allowed us to remain calm and stress free. Moving can often be hard but having Ed to lead on this has been a true pleasure. From the onset of putting my house on the market Ed took control, guiding us through every stage dealing with both the buyer, their solicitor and mine. He is a true professional and I would highly recommend his services and Lanes to anyone. Thank you Ed for always being to throughout the whole experience.

GoogleI cannot extend how satisfied and happy I was when purchasing a flat through Lanes especially Ed. My purchase was very complex and took a long time to complete due to a new lease extension and dealing with lawyers but Ed was very helpful and assertive and kept me in the loop at all stages and would follow up any queries or problems efficiently and effectively and be there for me when I felt stressed with the situation and would guide and advise me accordingly He is an asset to Lanes and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if required in the future. Thanks again Ed 😊
