GoogleA nightmare returning my deposit. Initially offered to deduct 350 quid from my deposit, and then upped it to 750. Went through the adjudicator and less than 250 was deducted. Shameful practices honestly. Avoid if you are looking to rent!

GoogleWe just knew right at the begining of our buying process , after seeing 3 local Estate Agents we just knew Ed from Lanes was the one we wanted to deal with.... That was a great decision as everything went very smoothly and the communication from both Ed and Jessica (who did the viewings ) was spot on! Not pushy, perfect amount of support.
