GoogleLanes have been excellent from the start in helping us settle into our new home. Ellie has been great. Easy to approach and communicate with and overall really helpful. What can be a stressful process for the majority has been made to be a simple and stress-free process for my partner and I. Couldnt recommend Lanes and Ellie enough.

GoogleDo not use Lanes Property. Offer was agreed but after one week I was told by the agent that the vendor had another higher offer from a previous applicant. Total timewaster as money has been paid to get the ball rolling. The agent I dealt with was Patrick Duffy. No apologies were offered. Awful experience from an Assistant Branch Manager himself. Seems to me profit or comms outweighs everything else. Won’t ever be using this company. Lesson learnt !

GoogleFriendly, prompt and warm are just three words I would use to describe the wonderful Lanes team! Prior to signing the paperwork Ellie was always there to help answer questions and even after completing the paperwork, never fails to reply with the best advice! Megan was also very understanding of the pandemic and person situations which made communication even easier! Touching base monthly it is always great to know Paul is always there to help too! GoogleWe used Lanes to sell our home, it was sold in 1 day of it being viewed. Andy and Lord were absolutely amazing. We found their service very professional, and they chased the other buyers and seller in our chain to speed up the process, we had 6 people in the chain. A huge thank you to Lord and Andy, they made a stressful time more relaxing. There were no game playing unlike other estate agents, I would recommend LANES and will use them again in future. GoogleA nightmare returning my deposit. Initially offered to deduct 350 quid from my deposit, and then upped it to 750. Went through the adjudicator and less than 250 was deducted. Shameful practices honestly. Avoid if you are looking to rent!

GoogleLanes sold our property with outstanding photos by Liam, and great marketing from Liam and Ercan. Our property had been with another agency and had no viewings. Liam came in and turned everything around; getting us an offer on our property within a week. During the sale process Liam kept us informed throughout, helping us with ongoing negotiations with our buyer. Liam and Paul were supporting everyone, providing regular updates and advice, which was invaluable when we had problems with our solicitors. We cannot thank Lanes agency enough, as they went above and beyond to help us though a very stressful period. Outstanding service.

GoogleAfter previously marketing my home with two other estate agents, Lanes were a most welcome change. Paul, Ed and the team are incredibly proactive, as well as honest and effective! Somehow they managed to produce almost three times the amount of viewings in 12 weeks than previous agents did in 8 months put together. Not only that, they never asked me to deal with the viewings, and once when I was worried I’d left the house in a mess, they offered to go 10 minutes early and tidy up 😆 thankfully I hadn't… I honestly can’t fault them; Team Lanes, Cheshunt all the way!

GoogleWe can’t rate the Lanes team highly enough - from our initial viewings with Paul and Ed to picking up the keys and moving in (and since bumping into them around Cheshunt!) - they’ve made the whole process an amazing one. Ed has been a huge help and supportive every step along the way and made the buying of our home as smooth and stress free possible, especially around having a baby he made sure everything was ticking along and in place just as it was needed.
