GoogleI recently worked with Ed to secure my flat, and I was really impressed with the service. He was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply, and very honest throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find an estate agent you can trust, but I felt confident working with them. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future business!

GoogleThe property we were purchasing not been on the market since it was built in 1960 and hence was not on the land registry and had a number of covenant issues. Luckily for us as buyers Lanes were there to help with every issue that arose and got the deal done. The seller should really appreciate the work that went into getting the sales across the line. The most helpful estate agents I have ever used. Definitely worth the 5 stars.

GoogleI have used quite few agents in different parts of the country in my 20+ years as a landlord. I would rate Lanes along with another agent I use in Nottingham, as the best Management Agents for my rented properties I have used. They are easily accessible, approachable, efficient and very knowledgeable and amazingly helpful in all issues. In fact, they have gone out of their way and gone beyond my expectations - very seldom experienced this with any other agent! Well done guys.

GoogleLanes look after 2 of my rentals and I have been very impressed with the service I receive. Niggling issues are sorted promptly without the need for me to get involved especially when I'm busy with other things. Emails are answered and payments made on time rather than having to wait or chase. Highly recommended. In the last month unfortunately a tenant had to move. Lanes instantly lined up viewings which meant that new tenants were found straight away. As a busy person I found all the hassle was removed from my shoulders and my new tenants moved in today - 2 days after the previous tenant moved out.

GoogleLanes Have been Fantastic from start to finish . So proffesional they delivered on everything I asked for from photos to finding tenants and covering everything. I would highly recommend Lanes Paul , Ellie , and Yasmin what a team nothing is too much trouble, Communication is so important on both sides and they keep you up to speed on the smallest thing. I went with lanes because their reviews were 5* and I was definatly not disappointed.

GoogleEd from Lanes managed the sale of my property. It was a complex sale as it had a lease extension. Ed kept an eye on the sale daily and consistently chased the solicitors and got us to a happy completion. Ed also allowed me the space to express my frustrations when the process was difficult and was always supportive and kind.

GoogleI am new in the country, and yes it is tough getting a nice apartment, but Lanes Estate Agents are exceptional they Made sure they gave me a very Good Deal, You guys are the best, thanks Elli.

GoogleOverall it wasn’t the greatest of experiences. As first time buyers I felt rushed to commit to exchange and complete even though the experience with recommended solicitors was horrible and unprofessional throughout the sale. Very stressful. Also it was very disappointing on completion day and underwhelming that there was no welcome/congratulatory gesture on key collection considering the long road.

GoogleEd did a great job keeping me updated and progressing the sale. Thank you!
