His open, honest and transparent communication as well as reassurance throughout the whole process has been superb. Everyone we have dealt with from Lanes, including calling through to the office, Ercan who did a number of viewings for the sell of my boyfriend's flat and Paul during the final stages of the chain have been so professional and a pleasure to deal with. We would both highly recommend them and continue to use them for any future purchases.

GoogleWe rented an apartment through Lanes and stayed there for a year and one month before we moved to our own property. Throughout our stay, they took care of everything that needed attention and were very professional and reliable. I have never had a successful and commendable service like I had with lanes. Their staffs are very polite, helpful and approachable and I must say that I admire the way they managed the house. They made sure necessary checks were carried out regularly to ensured the house is kept safe and secured both for us the tenant and the landlord. I have never seen an estate agency with such professionalism, human empathy and honesty in every dealing. Surely the best customer service when it comes to managing propert and renting.

GoogleThe Cheshunt Staff are great! Our house move went down to exchanging on the last day (thanks to our buyer!) but I am glad we had the Cheshunt team of Paul, Liam and Emily in our corner. From the beginning of our house selling process, they kept things on track and did a huge amount of work behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and keeping us updated. We had a lot of viewings and two offers on the house came within the first couple of weeks. They went above and beyond my expectations. If you are moving house, I could not recommend the Cheshunt Office highly enough. Thanks.

GoogleThis should be 0 star in fact!!! After I was kept waiting for over 20 minutes and calling the office twice to advise them I could not find the agent that was meant to be showing me the property. Agent then shows up telling me I was standing at the wrong entrance which could have been avoided if the office has communicated with the agent that I was there waiting. After showing me some dreadful disgusting flat, I was then told the other two appointments had been cancelled due to time and they will be in touch. I only travelled all the way from Kingsbury for my time to be wasted. Fuming 😤 hardly emcompasses how I feel about how I was treated. Absolutely unprofessional!!!

GoogleLanes have to be one of the most genuine and decent agents in the area. Having worked in Mortgages as a Broker for the last 20 years I have had my fair share of dealing with Estate Agent and one thing that stands out about Lanes is the complete willingness to help both purchaser and vendor to achieve the end result they both want. It is a pleasure to deal with the Cheshunt branch in particular having know the Manager , Paul Lincoln for some 15 year. If your thinking of selling in Cheshunt area then I would not begin to think of a better place to start.

Prior to this, I was often told that purchasing your first property was one of the most stressful things, however, this was not the case Lanes Estate Agent and in particular, Paul Lincoln.
