GoogleI use Lanes for a property I rent. They have done an outstanding job of managing the property and looking after the tenants needs. They have also done a very good job at finding good tenants promptly. I would recommend them to manage properties that are let.

GoogleDo not use Lanes Property. Offer was agreed but after one week I was told by the agent that the vendor had another higher offer from a previous applicant. Total timewaster as money has been paid to get the ball rolling. The agent I dealt with was Patrick Duffy. No apologies were offered. Awful experience from an Assistant Branch Manager himself. Seems to me profit or comms outweighs everything else. Won’t ever be using this company. Lesson learnt !

GoogleI have been dealing with lanes rental and sales team now for 5 year rental. 2 years sale, I can’t rate them enough. They have always done their best for me. And the recent fast sale of my flat which completes tomorrow has left me delighted. I’d definitely recommend them.
