GoogleI am more than happy with the service Lanes Estate Agents Hertford have given me. I would especially like to thank Marc Gravenor for his professional advice and support I've received during what could have been a very stressful time as there were numerous problems with the upper chain. Marc has certainly used his experience in addressing unseen problems that had occurred from the upper chain. He has a very calm and caring manner which is very reassuring. I seriously think I could have lost my new home if it wasn't for him. I would also like to thank Paige and Claire for their friendly and professional approach. Marc & the team were very pro-active in getting suitable prospects round to view my house and, subsequently securing a speedy and acceptable offer for my property. The service throughout was very professional throughout the process and they kept me fully up to date with developments, as well as sorting out glitches which can happen during the sale of a property. Hence I am happy to recommend Lanes.

FacebookMe and my girlfriend recently bought our first flat together in Cheshunt, Lanes in Cheshunt made the whole process easy, especially Paul who was very helpful through out it all and was always contactable. As first time buyers we didn’t really know what too expect and he went above and beyond too help us. I would highly recommend using them for a great service
