GoogleLanes sold our property with outstanding photos by Liam, and great marketing from Liam and Ercan. Our property had been with another agency and had no viewings. Liam came in and turned everything around; getting us an offer on our property within a week. During the sale process Liam kept us informed throughout, helping us with ongoing negotiations with our buyer. Liam and Paul were supporting everyone, providing regular updates and advice, which was invaluable when we had problems with our solicitors. We cannot thank Lanes agency enough, as they went above and beyond to help us though a very stressful period. Outstanding service.

His open, honest and transparent communication as well as reassurance throughout the whole process has been superb. Everyone we have dealt with from Lanes, including calling through to the office, Ercan who did a number of viewings for the sell of my boyfriend's flat and Paul during the final stages of the chain have been so professional and a pleasure to deal with. We would both highly recommend them and continue to use them for any future purchases.

GoogleLanes are simply the best when it comes to properties. The moment Liam walked in I instantly knew that we were in the best hands. The first viewing went like a dream and that was the only viewing. Paul also went the extra mile and made sure we completed the transaction on the scheduled date. The whole process was over in 3 months and our house was sold! Definitely a first class service!

GoogleMy mother asked Lanes to provide a valuation on her flat , the agent said he would email her the same day with the value. That was three days ago , nothing. How do you compete in such a tough market when you can’t even provide a simple valuation. Appalling service , avoid , use another agent who actually wants your business !!!

GoogleRecently sold a property through Lanes. I have a lot of experience dealing with estate agents, which is never a pleasant experience at the best of times. That being said, Marc and the team were brilliant from start to finish. They went above and beyond, I never had to chase them for any updates either. Fortunately we had a lot of offers, with Marc`s help we picked the right one and completed quickly. If you`re looking for an agent who doesn't try and blag you all the way, I`d really recommend these guys. Give them a go!

GoogleWe rented an apartment through Lanes and stayed there for a year and one month before we moved to our own property. Throughout our stay, they took care of everything that needed attention and were very professional and reliable. I have never had a successful and commendable service like I had with lanes. Their staffs are very polite, helpful and approachable and I must say that I admire the way they managed the house. They made sure necessary checks were carried out regularly to ensured the house is kept safe and secured both for us the tenant and the landlord. I have never seen an estate agency with such professionalism, human empathy and honesty in every dealing. Surely the best customer service when it comes to managing propert and renting.

GoogleThe Cheshunt Staff are great! Our house move went down to exchanging on the last day (thanks to our buyer!) but I am glad we had the Cheshunt team of Paul, Liam and Emily in our corner. From the beginning of our house selling process, they kept things on track and did a huge amount of work behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and keeping us updated. We had a lot of viewings and two offers on the house came within the first couple of weeks. They went above and beyond my expectations. If you are moving house, I could not recommend the Cheshunt Office highly enough. Thanks.
