GoogleLanes look after 2 of my rentals and I have been very impressed with the service I receive. Niggling issues are sorted promptly without the need for me to get involved especially when I'm busy with other things. Emails are answered and payments made on time rather than having to wait or chase. Highly recommended. In the last month unfortunately a tenant had to move. Lanes instantly lined up viewings which meant that new tenants were found straight away. As a busy person I found all the hassle was removed from my shoulders and my new tenants moved in today - 2 days after the previous tenant moved out.

GoogleI decided to use Lanes for my property sale after me and my partner were shown a property by Theo and were really impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I arranged for Andy to come and see my flat off the back of that, despite already having another agent in mind and he was absolutely brilliant from the start. He really knew his stuff and filled me with confidence that they could sell my flat with ease. They took great pictures, presented it really well and managed to sell it with only a few viewings. From there on the communication from Andy was great, he helped with so many hurdles along the way and was quick, efficient and honest, which is exactly what you need when selling and buying a property. I can’t fault any of the staff at this branch, they have been a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend them to anyone. We must give a special thanks to Andy, he is a real asset to this branch. Top man.

GoogleAndy and team at Lanes Cheshunt were fantastic throughout the sale of my house. Even though we had a sale fall through (due to the buyer), they persevered with great enthusiasm and got an over asking price offer. Post offer, their work was thorough and diligent and I ended up with a very smooth sale process. Thank you!

GoogleI have used quite few agents in different parts of the country in my 20+ years as a landlord. I would rate Lanes along with another agent I use in Nottingham, as the best Management Agents for my rented properties I have used. They are easily accessible, approachable, efficient and very knowledgeable and amazingly helpful in all issues. In fact, they have gone out of their way and gone beyond my expectations - very seldom experienced this with any other agent! Well done guys.

GoogleThe property we were purchasing not been on the market since it was built in 1960 and hence was not on the land registry and had a number of covenant issues. Luckily for us as buyers Lanes were there to help with every issue that arose and got the deal done. The seller should really appreciate the work that went into getting the sales across the line. The most helpful estate agents I have ever used. Definitely worth the 5 stars.

GoogleSelling our property with Lanes was a great experience. Ed and Andy are extremely experienced and professional, you can really tell they are the best in their field and can’t recommend ( and thank) them enough. For a fast and pain free transaction, I also advise to go for their recommended solicitor, Ramsden.

GoogleWe bought a property sold by lanes (Marc) ,they wasn’t our estate agents directly and we was middle of the chain . Had many conversions with Marc and emails back and fourth keeping everything moving forward . On collecting our keys we was presented a box with all bits and bobs to aid you in your new home . They were absolutely brilliant Thankyou Marc and Team And Merry Christmas

GoogleI would like to say a huge thank you to Ed Bird, Marc Gravenor and their team for their support to reach completion on the sale of my property. This sale, like a lot of sales, didn’t go through smoothly but with their expertise, experience and patience, smoothed the road until the end. Ed takes out the bad stigma of Estate Agents and proved that not all are under the same umbrella. His caring attitude with vendors and their homes and purchasers alike was next to none in my experience over the years. Nothing was too difficult, even when it was; he kept his caring attitude and sought/found the answers required. Marc saw it all to the end, again, with difficulties, on Ed’s days off but Marc and his team were a pleasure to deal with and in a calming manner too. Nothing was too much and a successful result was reached. Once again: a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart to Ed, Marc and their team. Carry on with your caring attitude and put other agents to shame. You all proved, it is not about the money you can make but to reach a successful results and the caring attitude. Wishing you all the very best wishes Rose
