GoogleI cannot extend how satisfied and happy I was when purchasing a flat through Lanes especially Ed. My purchase was very complex and took a long time to complete due to a new lease extension and dealing with lawyers but Ed was very helpful and assertive and kept me in the loop at all stages and would follow up any queries or problems efficiently and effectively and be there for me when I felt stressed with the situation and would guide and advise me accordingly He is an asset to Lanes and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if required in the future. GoogleI have just exchanged contracts in such a quick time the experiences of dealing with Lanes has been amazing. I dealt with Ed Bird who worked tirelessly each day to update me with each stage of the process. Without Edβs diligence to details and commitment to my family, he has allowed us to remain calm and stress free. Moving can often be hard but having Ed to lead on this has been a true pleasure. From the onset of putting my house on the market Ed took control, guiding us through every stage dealing with both the buyer, their solicitor and mine. He is a true professional and I would highly recommend his services and Lanes to anyone. Thank you Ed for always being to throughout the whole experience.

Ed kept an eye on the sale daily and consistently chased the solicitors and got us to a happy completion. Ed also allowed me the space to express my frustrations when the process was difficult and was always supportive and kind.

GoogleTyne at Lanes has been brilliant from the start. Really knowledgeable and helpful on the two viewings I had, really lovely and personable and great to deal with. Very happy with Tyne throughout the process, including post offer acceptance. If I decide down the line to sell a property, I will keep Tyne in mind! The few interactions I had with other members of the team/management were great as well. I've had one or two bad experiences with other estate agents in the past, but would definitely recommend Lanes.

GoogleOverall it wasnβt the greatest of experiences. As first time buyers I felt rushed to commit to exchange and complete even though the experience with recommended solicitors was horrible and unprofessional throughout the sale. Very stressful. Also it was very disappointing on completion day and underwhelming that there was no welcome/congratulatory gesture on key collection considering the long road.
