Mr Wightman was very solicitous and helpful during the process of advertising and selling, and negotiated the sale very professionally to everyone's satisfaction. However there is one area which I did not find satisfactory. The viewing agent, while very pleasant, who was showing the property to clients was often in a hurry to her next appointment, and not up to speed with information about the property.

Have recently finished a part time placement at Knight Frank in Oxford and it was a fantastic 6 weeks. William provided an object lesson in management of people (including the sellers) and in finding solutions at short notice when problems arose. He achieved a sale well above the asking price in little more than a week. In sum, he is a master of his difficult craft and the man to go to.
