GoogleThank you for a speedy and convenient service! John Symons made the whole procedure a breeze - we were done with the application within an afternoon. Later we just kept a look on the decreasing interest rate and increasing benefits as he was able to arrange better deals down the line. His advice was much appreciated!

GoogleIn these very difficult market conditions pre Brexit, I recommend Knight Frank Esher. KF have been consistently professional with their advice and regular feedback. A particular mention to the Head of Esher, Bella Tellwright, who is always there to reassure, help and advise.

GoogleJamie, Charlotte and Sophie did a terrific job of supporting our relocation from Hong Kong to Surrey. They were incredibly efficient and I felt worked above and beyond to help and support what could have been a very challenging time. GoogleI am a property solicitor in Esher and regularly deal with the Knight Frank Esher office headed very ably by Bella Tellwright with excellent support from Matthew Scott. We have dealt with may a tricky transaction in recent times, but I believe the fall through rate on transactions I have dealt with in which the KF Esher team have been involved is zero. This has everything to do this the effort they put into facilitating and assisting with the transactions from agreeing terms right through to completion. I would highly recommend both Bella and Matthew to any seller of buyer in the local area.

FacebookLow services quality and make me feel like being racist. They would find thousands of non-reasonable way to take a large amount of the deposit at the end of tendency. I would never choose them ever again! I didn’t break any of the items in the apartment and I kept it really nice and clean but they just gave me back £600 from my £1500 deposit. Please don’t take the risk with this company!

GoogleBella and Matt worked very hard to ensure our sale reached a satisfactory conclusion. It was a tricky situation at the end with competing buyers and Bella dealt with it very professionally. I was also impressed by the out of hours commitment to communications via phone, email or meetings in person.

Facebookcustomers service and to be a respectful Business people with good education and customer service do not hack and make fake co-owner signature train the staff with better consumer respect before you damage the Knight Frank reputation by hacking the public data and curating Fack Document you may wine Thailand but you loos the Global market it is against law and facebook policy to use people data and profile

GoogleVictoria Anderson-Stewart was my vendor's estate agent in what should have been a simple 3-party move. As it turned out it wasn't so simple and Victoria was absolutely wonderful! If it had not been for her and a lot of hard work we would not have made it. I can't thank, or recommend, her enough. A REAL estate agent. It's shame all estate agents have not got the same dedication and sense of commitment (especially the ones who sold my house and for whom I had to pay!)...
