GoogleWell we've sold !! I can't express the joy we feel as we are finally moving on! Which brings me to Harry Sheppard of the Summertown branch. Harry has stuck through this arduous journey without a moment of flagging... thanks to him we got the deal we wanted, despite the complication of land rights. Both Catherine and I would highly recommend Harry Sheppard and the complete Knight Frank team at Summertown Oxford.

FacebookKnight Frank Darwin were absolutely terrible to deal with. They told us on atleast 5 occasions we were the strongest applicant for a place we wanted to rent, even rushed us to get our paperwork in so they could "have us in there by Friday" Real Estate agent constantly dodged our calls and emails and the poor reception lady had to keep making excuses for her. After all this they then said we'd been denied, they didn't give a reason. Called up head office in Sydney and she emailed the owner of Knight Frank in Darwin and advised he will give us a call back in regards to our complaint. He never did! Would stay far away from this company as if they were like this before we were even renting imagine what a 'Knight'mare it would be to have something that is broken fixed.

GoogleFirst class service from Harry Sheppard and the team in Summertown. Harry is undoubtedly a real expert in the market - prior to instruction, he was able to provide highly relevant examples of recent sales, with a reassuringly transparent process and fee structure. Throughout the short time it took Harry to sell my house, the communication and advice from him was excellent, and things could not have proceeded more smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend Knight Frank - and in fact have done so already!

GoogleSuperb and highly professional service from the team at Hungerford, particularly Nick Loweth. Not the easiest sale, but as stress levels peaked and we were in danger of losing our purchase, Nick went above and beyond to ensure that we got to both exchange and completion. We would highly recommend Knight Frank.

GoogleWe have been very impressed with the service from Victoria Anderson- Stewart who handled everything about the sale of our house with complete professionalism . She has always been calm and approachable - very reassuring at a stressful time! We sold within 6 weeks of going on the market - the viewings were handled well, with minmal disruption. We have also been helped with the purchase of our new house and had friendly sensible advice in all aspects of our move.

GoogleVictoria was excellent throughout the process. Supportive, at the end of a phone or a call back when promised, understood our "stresses", and so easy to deal with. When away, the support from Karen was a joy. Cheerful, interested, genuinely cared. To cap it all a "goodie bag" on completion .... someone had thought about the contents ... all used immediately!!

GoogleWe chose Knight Frank over other estate agents and I was not disappointed. Victoria and her team were very efficient, courteous and attentive. Not living locally, I was reliant on the team communicating every development and interest. Despite some hurdles on the way (not Knight Frank's doing), communication between seller and purchaser via Knight Frank was crucial and we exchanged and completed on the same day. Very pleased with service received.

GoogleI have enough confidence in Harry Sheppard and his approach to the business of overseeing the sale of our house to write the following. Harry has been excellent in responding to our frequent enquiries and if he is not on the end of the phone he will return your call by the end of play that day. Ditto e-mail. He handled the buying clients extremely well and there is no doubt he had our interests at heart in order to find the most sensible buyer. As we have learnt that is not always the offer at the higest price as other factors come into play. Harry explained to my wife and I initially around the table, face to face the strategy involved in working towards a sale. He listened to our thoughts on what would sell the house too. It was altogether an extremely positive journey and we are both very grateful.
