GoogleBeing a first time buyer I was clueless, kings estate agents were able to point me in the right direction with my mortgage and guide me through this process. The staff are wonderful and have made this experience a lot easier to handle. I would highly recommend to anymore who wants to buy property or rent property.

GoogleIf you are looking for a hassle free sale and purchase, you do not need to look further than King's. I have sold and bought with these guys. Fantastic professional and personal service from all in the office.

Google*** Posting on behalf of current tenant*** Dreadful estate agents, gave misleading info before moving into property, numerous emails and contact ignored, staff very unfriendly and unhelpful, endless problems. Will never use this agent again. Steer clear!

GoogleSorry they are pretty bad, were tenants with them even though property was professionally cleaned for £200 They found faults and deducted large deposits, never use them again!

GoogleKings Estate Agents (Tyron and Amand King) are awesome people. I have known them for nearly 13 years now, when I started renting a property from Tyron King. He was a very kind person, allowed me to stay in the apartment for a week more even after my contract expired. I bought a flat in Hatfield and later with Kings Estate Agents help (Thanks to Amanda and Laura) property was let and managed to very high standard. They pretty much arranged everything including refurbishing the property on my behalf when I switched from Pikes as I was completely not happy with the way Pikes managed the property for me. Then Tyron even advised me as when is the right time to sell the property, I went as per his advise and things worked out well for me. That is when I got introduced to George Embleton from Sales Team of Kings Estate Agents, right through out the sale including potential buyers visits etc., he was keeping me up to date with the proceedings and advised me to take a loss in the rent, as it will aid in quick sale, I took up his advise and within a month or so we had a prospective buyer. The sale is now almost over and I cannot thanks George enough as he not only helped me to find a proper solicitor for the sale, he guided me throughout the entire process and kept me up to date on the sale. He also kept the buyers informed, as my sale due to complications involved in the Management Team of the Flat (nothing to do with Kings) got delayed a little, but he kept both buyers and our hopes alive and we are now finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks George for all your great work and wish you much and more for the Christmas and Prosperous New Year. So the question is? Would I recommend Kings and George, absolutely anytime, they have a team of professionals, who really know what they are doing.

GoogleGreat service and really helpful all round. Even though my house was in Stevenage and Kings are in Hatfield they still got me an offer of asking price following an open house event organised by Kerry. George dealt with the house sale and kept me updated every step of the way. Not only was my property advertised in the shop and locally but also on Rightmove getting great sale coverage. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleAvoid this place entirely. Absolute worst experience ever. I was due to move in over a month ago and have been so stressed out since only to be told yesterday that the house was going to be given to someone else when I have paid a securing fee for this accommodation. I've been commuting for over a month now for 4 hours a day to my job and not only is this costly but extremely exhuasting. This is a pathetic excuse for an estate agency and I'm very unhappy with the service provided.

GoogleMyself and my girlfriend have recently used kings estate agents hatfield for the purchase of our first home and had a great experience, Our estate agent George was fantastic, He was always calling us with updates everyday and really pushed to get the sale processed by the deadline we needed, We were very happy with the service provided by George and also if ever he was out of the office other staff members were alway more then willing to help, Would highly recommend.

GoogleAwful! Laura, Candice and Thomas are by far the worse estate agents I've ever dealt with. Property dirty, cupboard falling off the wall, locked out of property on several occasions, workman and landlord entered property continuously without notice, drugs being abused in property behind mine also managed badly by Kings and same landlords. Kept up all night by noise but nothing done about it and my calls ignored. Would never use again.
