GoogleMe and my girlfriend were recently looking for a place in Hatfield and King's really helped us out - Ish Mchemwa showed us around a load of places. Due to King's we were able to find a cheap spacious apartment and the paperwork was super easy too. I'd recommend it to anybody looking for a place to rent in Hatfield.

GoogleMy husband and I recently rented a house using Kings Estate Agents Hatfield. The entire viewing, application, reference process as well as the moving process went smoothly. Kings provided support to any of our questions in a timely manner. Furthermore, Ish Mchemwa, who looked after the letting process was really helpful and efficient. I recommend Kings Estate Agents Hatfield.

GoogleWe were recommended Kings Estate Agents by a friend of ours who also rents her house out through Kings with their full management service. Thomas came around a few months prior to us wanting to rent our property out to answer all of our questions as we were newbies to renting. Very informative, with no pressure, answered all of our questions. As soon as we were ready to rent out, the pictures were taken & the house was on the market. Once on the market, Ish took over from Thomas & within a week the house was rented at full rental price. Very efficient service from a family run business. Thank you very much :-)

GoogleJust to say thank you to Andrew and the team sold my house with in six weeks I had been trying to sell it for about eight months with no luck Andrew came out and give me some great Great and honest advice as he is very familiar with the area and knowledgeable Of the house prices And after a long lengthy conversation they put me in the right direction as the proof is in the pudding and my house has now been sold thank you again

GoogleThis is the third time I’ve used kings estate agent, to buy a house. If you like long standing local family businesses , run by a family that treats you like family then I’d recommend. Great knowledge of local solicitors, and can really help you get the ball moving, with them if you need things done snappy. Great aftercare by the girls in the office and honest, realistic and practical advice from Andy about property values in the area vs expectations. Invaluable...

GoogleComplete lack of respect for students and people in general. Yasemin Owen, was so rude and obnoxious to me and my friends when we decided to rent with King's Estate agents. Anything and everything we asked her to do was "too demanding" or too much "effort". She literally would sit there, giving dirty and condescending looks when you asked the simplest questions. Talk about being paid to do absolutely nothing. Another time I went in to sign some documents and she bluntly told me "I'm busy and the ticket on my car is going to run so you will have to wait". She barely acknowledged me as a person never mind as a client. I honestly couldn't have given a damn that her ticket was going to run out that's not MY PROBLEM. That's a personal issue which should not be brought up as an excuse. Total lack of professionalism. Funny how they would be hot on your tail for rent, but it takes them 2 months to sort out a sink after 10 emails later. She's also tried to charge me fees for leaving despite the fact that another estate agent had said that as long as i found someone else, there would be no fees. She tried to ruin my credit rating. I basically did her JOB FOR HER! It's probably safe to say that she's disrespected many student/professionals that come to their agency. Someone needs to learn some manners.

GoogleQuite possibly the worst Estate Agency in the UK. Having dealt with multiple agencies as both buyer and seller, I can quite honestly state that this must be the worst. When an agent or staff within the agency tells repeated lies; 1 Buyer is a cash buyer, yet he is refinancing a property to make the purchase. 2 He has his re-mortgage but is waiting for the cheque from the mortgage company. 3 He is going into his solicitor to exchange contracts but has not given the solicitor funds to do so. 4 Agency staff advise us that the client had exchanged contracts, our solicitor confirmed otherwise. 5 Contracts due to exchange two days later, buyer does not instruct solicitor to do so. 6 We instructed another agent as we assumed the sale was going to fall through, Kings called them and advised them that the property transaction had completed 5 days before it did. Contracts exchanged and completed on same day, a surprise to say the least. The agent (Andy King) did not keep us informed, lied or misinformed us on numerous occasions, his staff lied to us and another agent. You could not have a proper conversation with him, as he tried to talk over you or avoided your call. Do your research and you will find more professional agencies in Redcar My top tip would be to avoid this one like the plague. Harsh but fair.

I’m so sorry you feel that way. As you can appreciate we are dealing with your third party solicitor that you instructed yourself, after initially telling the office you wanted to conduct your own conveyancing. This cost you a fortnight before you instructed an online solicitor who were largely uncontactable, and never replied or had any knowledge of the local area. Due to the hold ups which were solely down to yourself, upon not instructing a local solicitor who could provide us with updates, in addition to long unnecessary delays with your instruction of a solicitor, I feel your review is very unfair as the whole transaction took less than 9 weeks. We value our customers and always strive to have their best interests, I am also sorry that you have felt that I have talked over you, I do have issues with my hearing especially on my personal mobile when it is on hands free. I also do not answer my phone when I am doing valuations or with customers. I am pleased we have facilitated your sale. I am sorry that you have left this review regarding myself, and the girls in the office. Apologies if we have not met with your expectations, we always strive to give the best customer service, our fees are very reasonable and thank you for instructing us.
