GoogleAs estate agents go, these lot are by far the worst. It took several weeks to receive our deposit back (due to emails being ignored by them) where they attempted to charge us extortionate prices for, at the very best, minor issues. It was only due to my friend and I standing our ground, that they eventually gave in. Still, the end result was not satisfactory but it was better than when we first started our dispute with them so if they do try to bully you, do not accept it! We had multiple issues such as broken doors, chairs, boiler issues that took weeks/months to sort out. It required me to chase them constantly and they had the cheek to say they never received my emails. If you are a STUDENT BEWARE! The fact both my friend and I were both students, they saw it as an opportunity to squeeze money out of us which I expect they will deny as always. Honestly, the worst company I have dealt with and urge anyone to avoid using their service. USELESS!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI am absolutely disappointed on everything from the start To start with i gave them a call starting this week and got an appointment(even if i didnt like his attitude over the phone-very bored) The appointment what he made me was for Thursday at 15:30 pm I got a phone call to confirm appointment on Thursday about 12 ish At 15:14 min(16 min before appointment) he rang me and saud that someone has paid deposit this morning and is not available anymore Now question:how is it possible to ask me to confirm the appointment at 12 ish and 3 hours later to tell me someone had paid deposit this morning??(means before he asked me to confirm?) Im really upset and disappointed AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!NegativeProfessionalism

IF IT WAS NOT FOR ANDY KING AND ALL HIS STAFF MYSELF AND ASSOCIATES WOULD SIMPLY HAVE NOT BEEN THE SUCCESS THAT WE HAVE TODAY. WELL DONE ALL.

GoogleAfter a bad experience with a previous estate agent and feeling very negative about the sale of my property, I decided to go with Kings, this was driven by an excellent review from my parents. Straight away I was reassured and given confidence that my house was worth what I was asking. I was given professional / rational advice on how to act on the sale. To my surprise (after being up for sale for 4 months with a previous agent) it was sold after 2 days and received the asking price. Great result. I cannot rate the service from Kings enough. Constant feedback on each stage of the sale. I had total trust in Andy (the agent). GoogleMy experience in a nutshell. Becky - nice. Older guy who showed me round the property - really lovely. Another member of staff I didn't quite trust, and feel they tried to waffle me into interepting Shale results a different way. It was only when I expressed a different view and expressed my concerns that they conceded the property may put buyers and future lenders off. A few phone calls with this person and after lengthy debates, I didn't feel that I could buy a house from them. Too many suspected issues for me with the property that were being taken as not a problem. Perhaps if it was them spending 150k it might have become a "cause for concern"? That is obviously just my opinion and my intereptation on dealings with Kings, others may differ? On a side note: As a property developer, I have used many different estate agents to sell and buy many properties in East Lincolnshire over the last 12 years. On the whole, they have been good or great. This is the first time I have used any in Redcar. All I can say is I am extremely underwhelmed with 2 out of the 3 estate agent used.
