GoogleThe process of finding and applying for the right property was so easy with Kings! I worked with Lucy and she was fantastic - she took any queries I had and responded to them so quickly, getting in touch with the landlord to find answers and request any changes to the property I needed. I've rented for years and this was the easiest the process has ever been. Thank you!

GoogleEdit, relating to response. Requests were made via phone and email with clear comms, latest from Tim Hastilow on June 1st. A call and urgent chase up email from ourselves on 29th June ignored. Very poor service. We requested a valuation four months ago but despite repeated phone calls and emails, we have not had any actions and little response. Our attempts to follow up were completely ignored. A total waste of our time and, based on our experience they seem to have little interest in providing customer service or securing new business. Avoid!
Dear Nel, I can only assume that you have the wrong Kings Estate Agents as we have had no request from yourself via our own website, Rightmove, On the Market, Zoopla, Prime Location or any of the other portals we advertise on. A valuation lead is always one of the most important calls or emails we can receive and they are always dealt with promptly in accordance with our standard operating practices. Why would an estate agent not deal with a valuation lead? Without valuations we wouldn't have properties to sell.

Tim was available to talk through any concerns and was a reassuring presence throughout the process. Grateful to the whole team at Kings for getting us there in the end!

GoogleTim and his colleagues at Kings recently helped my sisters and I with a property sale. The sale took a good few months to complete but Tim, particularly, was with us all the way. He gave us sound advice from start to finish, we felt completely at ease whenever we got together to discuss progress and developments, we found him very approachable should we have a query. I would certainly recommend and use Kings again. Thank you Tim and team for all your help and advice.

GoogleComplete lack of respect for students and people in general. Yasemin Owen, was so rude and obnoxious to me and my friends when we decided to rent with King's Estate agents. Anything and everything we asked her to do was "too demanding" or too much "effort". She literally would sit there, giving dirty and condescending looks when you asked the simplest questions. Talk about being paid to do absolutely nothing. Another time I went in to sign some documents and she bluntly told me "I'm busy and the ticket on my car is going to run so you will have to wait". She barely acknowledged me as a person never mind as a client. I honestly care less that her ticket was going to run out that's not MY PROBLEM. That's a personal issue which should not be brought up as an excuse. Total lack of professionalism. Funny how they would be hot on your tail for rent, but it takes them 2 months to sort out a sink after 10 emails later. She's also tried to charge me fees for leaving despite the fact that another estate agent had said that as long as i found someone else, there would be no fees. She tried to ruin my credit rating. I basically did her JOB FOR HER! It's probably safe to say that she's disrespected many student/professionals that come to their agency. Someone needs to learn some manners. Update: Trying to hide my review too - 2026.

GoogleWe can’t recommend Kings Estate Agent in Hatfield enough. Anesu and the team have been so helpful in supporting us to find tenants for our property. We were advertising with another estate agent for months with no luck. Within two weeks with Kings we had multiple confirmed viewings and offers - they even helped us achieve over asking price. Although we manage the property ourselves, the whole team have been so great at providing advice. They have gone above and beyond and we are so grateful. Thanks team!

GoogleI dealt with Tim at Kings Estate Agents in Hatfield. From the word go, Tim was absolutely outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made the sale of my mother‘s house so easy. He took all the stress away from the property sale. I had the properly advertised locally elsewhere and the property had not moved for months. Tim took over the sale and within two weeks of the property being on the market it was sold. I couldn’t fault the company either, everybody I dealt with and spoke to at Kings Estate Agents were knowledgeable professional and always eager to help. I would recommend this company to anybody with complete confidence.
