He was fantastic, very helpful and took the time to explain the home-buying process to me as a first-time buyer. We viewed three properties, and I was truly impressed by his expertise. He guided me so well that I ended up making offers on all three :)! I would definitely recommend this agency to everyone I know, and to anyone reading this review, absolutely give them a try!

GoogleNever mark their properties as under offer on Rightmove. Nor do they display EPC s. So you have find out the full address and then look up the property on the gov website. What time wasters. Amazed to receive no feedback to this review. As an investor, I don't expect to waste my time researching properties just to find they have been under offer for some time. Many of King's properties have been 'on sale' for many months, even years. I won't be selling any of my portfolio through them, not will I even attempt to view any they have 'on sale'. The lack of EPC''s? Astounding.

Thank you for your feedback. We don’t usually mark properties as SSTC straight away, but we do stop viewings and take interested customers contact information. We then mark the property as SSTC once we ensure the buyer is committed to buy the property and is progressing with the sale, this is usually common practice with most agents to protect the seller from losing any potential interest. In regard to the EPC’s we are sorry these haven’t loaded, we have contacted our feed provider and asked they look at this issue. We are more than happy to assist in the office with any information needed relating to properties we have on the market.
