Google5 Star Review. Wish I could give more. Fabulous experience. Really lovely friendly staff. We contacted Andy who without doubt filled us with confidence. Our house was listed on a Wednesday afternoon and we had 3 appointments on the following morning. The first person that viewed bought at asking price. No messing, survey done the next week and contracts exchanged 4 weeks later.. Great work and a very very happy customer.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of dealing with this Kings Estate Agency, even though my intention was to find a rental property rather than make a purchase. It was my first time renting a flat in the UK and from the very beginning, Ish and the entire team have been incredibly responsive and accommodating. Ish, in particular, has been a true professional, promptly addressing every query I had and ensuring that the process was smooth and stress-free. Their phone helpline proved to be a valuable resource, as the staff was consistently helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. I am now happily settled into my new flat in St Albans, and I couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience. If you're in search of a letting agency that genuinely cares about its clients, I recommend this agency.

GoogleI had a booking to see a flat for rent,the agent was very discourteous,was hard to found property,she didn’t wanna pick up the phone,they asked me to send all the details and after that they said the property gone. Don’t choose them .

GoogleAs new landlord am so glad we picked Kings Estates Agent. Ish helped with all the information needed we didn’t even need to do any follow ups and made it easier for us to get a tenant within a week after advertising. We would 💯% recommend them. …

GoogleI had refurbished a property and needed to rent it out so approached Kings Estate agent for their assistance. They were very helpful prior to completion of the works and during the process of finding tenants. Ish Mchemwa, the agent I dealt with was very thorough and professional providing me with everything I needed to ensure this was an stress-free process. Tenants were not only found very quickly, but I also had options to choose from and a detailed profile on each tenant which helped me to make an informed decision. I will surely only use Kings going forward for all my future properties and I highly recommend them to anyone requiring a similar service. My expectations were well exceeded. Thank you!
