They were very proactive in finding us lots of people to view our house and it sold at a good price within a few days.They kept us informed all the way from the introduction of a buyer to its sale completion. GoogleOver the last 10 years, I have been a tenant, a landlord and sold properties using Kings Estate agency. From stakeholders to staff, Kings Estate agency is nothing short of exceptional in terms of their professionalism, attention to detail and caring nature. My suggestion to anyone reading this is that if you're looking at buy, sell or simply just to rent within Hatfield or WGC areas be sure to contact Kings Estate Agency because the likelihood is you will end up feeling the same as I do.

GoogleAwesome Estate agents, answered my calls quickly and professionally. I set up a viewing but went into their office to change it as I had something come up. They were fine and Laura and Candice were very accommodating. Went to the viewing with Thomas who was very professional and to the point. Will use again in future.

GoogleHugely recommend Kings Estate Agent and specifically Nathan, my partner and I were selling 2 properties at the time in different locations, the disconnect from my estate agents and Kings was phenomenal, they would ring my partner just to give updates, to check how things were going etc - real customer service instead of blood thirsty estate agents simply doing it for the money. They were quick in finding a buyer and working on behalf of my partner to do everything that was best for her. If you are considering using an estate agent in Hatfield it has to be Kings, don't even waste your time in reading the other reviews. Thanks again Nathan, Thomas and the rest of the team for your patience and professional approach to successfully selling my property (for 20 thousand more than expected may I add!!!)

GoogleWouldn't recommend for student properties. Had to chase property management just as frequently as you would have to a private landlord, having paid 'agency fees'. Had a few occasions in which maintenance men / work men were given keys to our house without any prior warning in my first year of tenancy with Kings. Although some of the staff are lovely, property maintenance generally treat students as a nuisance instead of as customers. Although you wouldn't expect to receive your whole deposit back, Kings will return as little as possible so make sure you report any problems with the house during your tenancy, before check out.

GoogleOver the years as a landlord I have dealt with many estate agents and I can say that Kings is one of the very best! I have only praise for them in all aspects, rentals, property management and sales. Everyone at the agency has been very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I strongly recommend Kings to anyone requiring estate agency services, they will exceed your expectations!

GoogleGreat experience being student tenants with Kings. Any issues were dealt with promptly, even out of hours. A very good impression especially seeing as friends are having issues with other estate agents in Hatfield. Candice and Laura dealt with everything perfectly and it was a pleasure to have them! Would recommend Kings, even if it's your first time renting.

GoogleAbsolutely horrendous!! Me and my house mates have been to hell and back with this place. They claim certain things have been done... when they haven’t. They don’t reply to emails and if they do it’s a week or two late. If you call it’s always excuse after excuse. They are quick to get money out of your pocket for waste bins etc and your deposit at the end, but not helpful / there when you need them. Kings is a complete waste of time. They gave us a run down house which was falling apart. We moved out back in March and it’s now almost September. We have had no update, call or email to let us know what is being done about our deposit? We have been patient and waited but have heard nothing. We have tried emailing and contacting them, but they arnt interested. Soon I will be paying a visit myself. Don’t go with this estate agent, it’s awful and you don’t get your deposit back. They are quick to take money from you and the staff are very unorganised. The properties they own are run down, full of mould and disgustingly filthy. Very disappointed!!

Googleits worst and horrible state agent i see in my life. not helpful not friendly they took our money for ref and never call for update. after 2 weeks they phoned us and said ref its reject for no reason . money as deposit no refunded to me and house i wanted to rent still available nearly 5 months witch its really strange . something defiantly wrong .....
Dear Hamidreza, it is made clear when securing a lettings property of the criteria you needed to meet in order to pass. Unfortunately you failed on several areas and we can not in good conscience put a tenant that fails referencing into a property for our landlord.

GoogleWe bought our new house and sold our old house, both through Kings, and they were magnificent. Within a week of putting our house on the market, it was sold, and we were given all the support we needed to buy the house we wanted. We couldn't have asked for anything more from them. They give a great, honest service. We will definitely use Kings again.
